I recently stayed at Harbour Plaza North Point and had a generally pleasant experience. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. There were plenty of options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh. It was a great way to start the day. The hotel itself was clean and had a lovely aroma throughout. It's evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining the space, which contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. My room was quite spacious, allowing for comfortable movement. However, I found the bed to be a bit too hard for my liking, which affected my sleep quality. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. When I requested extra pillows, they were delivered promptly. Additionally, I appreciated having access to an iron and ironing board, which made getting ready for my events much easier. Overall, Harbour Plaza North Point provided a solid experience with good amenities and attentive service. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

Excellent location if you want to visit Ocean Park HK! Hotel is situated right next to OP and MTR OP station. Very friendly and helpful staff, special praise to Alexander at the luggage storage desk- great smiles and v caring to guests. Room is v clean and amenities provided are good!

Hotel looks new. Room is clean and reasonable size for HK. About 5 minutes walk to Wan Chai MTR station. There is a bar with live band to chill in the evening. A lot of eateries around the area.

Booked the two bedroom suite, it has kitchen but we didn’t use it. the room is really tight with two single bed side by side. View of the bay and the island is great. I hope the hotel can provide power adapters for international travelers.

My family came to spend CNY with me and I reside in HK. Upon check in, reception was rude without any greetings while we waited for a good 5 minutes in front of her. The check in took nearly 30mins and I was told they didn’t book in the room type I paid for when I questioned why it had taken her so long. I was also told the “CNY greetings” only started on 29th, so does that mean we didn’t deserve a quick hello or even eye contact when it was CNY eve day, or any day for that matter??  I then made a complaint and was attended to with a much better response and attitude.  The very beginning of my family’s stay in HK for their short visit was poor and gave them a negative impression. Given this was also a special trip, it was extremely disappointing for me to witness how it went for them the moment they arrived at the hotel (with me). It is not fair to us at all and the service standard was not acceptable.

Location is good with many options around such as korean, dim sum, local HK food and more. Walking distance to MTR station and departmental stores. Rooms are clean and spacious, with the comfy beds for good night rest after the shopping sprees. Staff are friendly and approachable especially the house keepers who are generous with us asking for extra towels etc. Lastly the icy pool no doubt is cold but very refreshing after the swim. Highly recommended👍
