The room and the hotel staff were great. However the food was horrendous!
Chicken buffalo wings were awful and full of salt and my son's gluten free nacho fries were soggy and cold

Pros: The room is spacious and clean, and it's very close to LGW. There is also a paid shuttle bus service that runs regularly.
Cons: During my stay, the shower gel by the bathtub was almost finished.

Beautiful & clean facilities, nice strong hot shower over bath. Comfortable bed with various pillows to choose from & extra towels in the wardrobe. Enough lighting from lamps around the room & good view of the carpark to check on our vehicle. Located 20 mins from North Terminal Gatwick via shuttle bus (£4 each) runs every 15 mins. Full English cooked breakfast available with black pudding as well as pastries, continental options too. Front desk (Danny) was super helpful & answered all our questions for an early start to catch our flight. Car was safe in their carpark for 4 days (£20 per day) & easy to get back to via the shuttle bus. Would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel for flying out of gatwick. We got the bus hoppa. £19 return to the airport. It goes straight to the door. We found a Greggs near to the hotel by the gas station. Which was handy for breakfast.

Okaish. Room ok for two, a bit squashed for family. Good breakfast with very efficient italian head waitress. Location convenient for flights to from LGW or even for visiting london (Thameslink train return off peak with contactless between 20 and 25 pounds, but you may find advance purchase family tickets for less). Take account that you will need shuttle hotel hoppa at about 5 pounds each way, but also here family return about 20.

The hotel management is not good and when you book the room it'll show you can get a refund if you cancel within some time limit but when you do the reply of email is so rude and you cannot cancel the booking. When you apply for a refund through email they reply rudely in a negative manner. Also they need a deposit in cash and if you pay deposit by card you cannot get refund immediately, it'll take 4 weeks for deposit refund. You won't get booking refund and you cannot cancel the booking at any time.
