"We booked this hotel as we have a morning flight to catch. This hotel is connected to the North Terminal of London Gatwick airport by a corridor. The check in process was done within 2 mins, elevator is operated by room key card, which is extra security. The beds are comfy and was great to watch Eastenders to wrap up our trip in London. The breakfast is great, I must praise the service of the gentleman ”Bill” who was proactively so helpful to all the customers. I love the British sausages there, it's a shame they dun have fried eggs. But the yoghurt, toast, croissants, conflakes are all there, not to forget a waffle machine, for people to have fun with - I mean having fun during brekkie."

"I want to thank the staff. I arrived later than expected, and I didn’t have the code because I sent the email requesting it too late, BUT I called, and someone (I didn’t see) opened the door. My room key was on the reception desk ❤️. For a moment, I thought I couldn’t sleep there, but finally I got into my room. Carpet sootless. I had a coffee, and I slept like a baby. Unknown staff, you made my day. Thanks very much"

"Nice family room with a queen and 2 single beds suitable for family. Well located in the Gatwick airport north terminal. Plus point of Sixt car rental and Drivila at the ground level. Beds are really comfortable and toiletries are Balmain."

"A nice hotel located close to Gatwick Airport. The bus connection runs every 15 minutes to the airport and stops at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious."

"The room had all the basic amenities you'd expect. I booked a rate including breakfast, and the quality was pretty good. For hot items, they had bacon, pork sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, and hash browns. The hotel also has a restaurant, and the food there was decent too. There's hot water, air conditioning, and facilities for ironing clothes. IHG members can log in to the Wi-Fi using their membership number. The GH1 bus right outside goes to the airport bus stop, and a round trip costs £9.5."

"Brilliant location, only 5 minutes by bus from/to Gatwick Airport with a bus stop located outside the Guest House. My flight arrived after midnight, but after calling them 24 hours in advance, letting them know they left my room keys in a safe place. Very well informed of how to get there. It's a family run business, and they do care about their customers! Opted in for a continental breakfast, and I was also offered a homemade cake for free! The place does show its signs of age and will definitely benefit from having a renovation. But otherwise, everything else was fantastic!"

"The room facilities are quite complete, but it is too small, two people can't turn around, the staff service is quite good, the hotel has an airport shuttle bus, which costs 13 pounds (5 minutes drive, not cheap), the hotel has no elevator, the stairs are very high, and the staff helped to move the luggage up and down, which is very inconvenient. The breakfast is very rich. This hotel should be a residential conversion, with only a few rooms, I don't know how to rate it 4 stars. If it is 3 stars, it is still good, but 4 stars is not worthy of the name."

"From the airport to the hotel, the bus is very convenient, the bus stop is parked at the entrance of the hotel, 2 pounds per person. It is still possible to catch a plane for one night.
