"The B&B is about a 15-minute walk from Xiantan Village, and the surroundings are very quiet. Even before entering the guesthouse, just strolling around the nearby village or along the Rainbow Trail was enough to completely calm my mind!
The bed in the B&B was exceptionally comfortable. The bedding, in natural wood tones and soft to the touch, was spread on the tatami, making it easy to fall into a deep sleep on quiet nights. The guesthouse has its own restaurant and kitchen. I particularly enjoyed the scallion oil noodles freshly made by the kitchen auntie in the morning, and the egg-fried rice in the evening. On one morning when I woke up early, I walked through the terrace on the second floor of the B&B. With the fragrant tea gardens and rolling peaks, I leisurely sat on the swing, gazed at the sky, and watched the clouds drift by.
During this trip, I also visited Gushan Cultural Village at the foot of Moganshan, arranged through the guesthouse's vehicle. The Christmas atmosphere was strong there, and every little shop and attraction sparked my interest.
I was very happy, and the trip was well worth it!"
