"Successfully checked out this hidden gem of a homestay for working people on a road trip! 📍 We drove from Suzhou over the weekend, and the homestay was easy to find with its own parking lot. Someone contacted us a day in advance to add us to a WeChat group, where they would inform us about activities for the day (I must mention the incredibly friendly and welcoming host! 🎃). The house was cozy and well-equipped with amenities like a projector and a small refrigerator. The ice bucket and ice maker were a lifesaver in the sweltering summer heat! The overall style had a distinctly American villa feel, with a huge pine tree at the entrance – a perfect finishing touch! I can't imagine how beautiful it would be here when it snows. It reminded me a bit of a house I stayed in in Boston. The bamboo grove and the enormous bathtub 🛁 were incredibly photogenic; every shot was stunning. The only area for improvement would be the restaurant and breakfast, which could be a bit more generous. Overall, I would definitely come back."

"I don't usually have high hopes for B&Bs. But this one changed my mind. We drove to the courtyard, a very cozy, clean and quiet mountain villa. The housekeeper was very nice. She helped us carry our luggage to the room, even though it was only a dozen steps away. She took us to the back mountain to dig bamboo shoots in the afternoon, which was very welcoming. The room was also very clean and tidy. The breakfast was cooked by the boss's mother herself, and each person had a portion of nutritious and healthy food. In short, it was great! I will recommend it to my friends."

"The B&B is located halfway up the mountain. It's clean, and you can enjoy tea, hot springs, the mountain breeze, and bamboo groves from the terrace. The dinner at the hotel was absolutely delicious, much better than the restaurants in the scenic area, with fresher ingredients and no pre-prepared dishes. I regretted not eating at the B&B the next day so I could go to the scenic area. Highly recommended!!! The B&B manager was very helpful, proactively inquiring about guests' needs and providing timely feedback!"

"The room was very clean and the owner was very welcoming. He knew we didn't have lunch and prepared afternoon tea for us. He also gave us various snacks when we left. The hot spring environment is simply beautiful. There is a green mountain opposite. When we left, we played with the deer for a while. It was really a very active deer! If you don't have a reservation for dinner, you have to eat outside. The breakfast is very rich, and the white porridge and side dishes are very southern."

"This is a very unique eco-hotel. You can pick kiwis and grapes grown by yourself. The chicken soup in the restaurant is a must-try. There are off-road vehicles and small animals around to experience. The boss is very nice and well-educated. The staff are very enthusiastic and responsive. I will patronize again if I have the chance."

"I chose Gunaijia for the New Year. The rain in winter still affected the experience! The surrounding area is not far from the amusement park, Yulinba Moganshan Scenic Area! Because of the rain, I went to see it in a hurry! It is still a good place to go in the summer!"

"The whole experience was satisfying. The hotel itself is nicely designed and it felt very cosy. The hosts where very nice and helpful. They always tried to help us, for example to take our luggage to our room. The room wasn't very big, but we still appreciated it. The bathroom was quite big and well equiped. Just don't forget to go to the reception to get the soap, toothbrush and other amenities. The pool was small, but still nice. The breakfast was good, but a little too small for us. The location of the hotel is perfect because it is located near a few restaurants and cafes. The Moganshan scenic area isn't too far from the hotel. The view on the mountain is good. To conclude, it was a great overall experience! I will definitely return."

"The B&B is about a 15-minute walk from Xiantan Village, and the surroundings are very quiet. Even before entering the guesthouse, just strolling around the nearby village or along the Rainbow Trail was enough to completely calm my mind! The bed in the B&B was exceptionally comfortable. The bedding, in natural wood tones and soft to the touch, was spread on the tatami, making it easy to fall into a deep sleep on quiet nights. The guesthouse has its own restaurant and kitchen. I particularly enjoyed the scallion oil noodles freshly made by the kitchen auntie in the morning, and the egg-fried rice in the evening. On one morning when I woke up early, I walked through the terrace on the second floor of the B&B. With the fragrant tea gardens and rolling peaks, I leisurely sat on the swing, gazed at the sky, and watched the clouds drift by. During this trip, I also visited Gushan Cultural Village at the foot of Moganshan, arranged through the guesthouse's vehicle. The Christmas atmosphere was strong there, and every little shop and attraction sparked my interest. I was very happy, and the trip was well worth it!"

"Our two-day 'retreat' with my mom and grandma has come to a perfect end! A big thank you to our butler, Xiao Liu, for the thoughtful arrangements. He upgraded our rooms and every meal was delicious. The elders in my family are always so happy when they're in a natural, mountain setting. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed – we didn't have to prepare a thing. Plus, there were charging stations for our electric car, so all we had to do was relax. We'll definitely be back!"
