The hotel accepts foreigners. Free pickup, dropoff (airport/train station…). Reception does not speak english so translation app will help. They are very helpful, even helped me with sending a parcel. Room is old but clean and spacious. There is even a working desk with a computer. Typical business hotel for the Chinese I guess. Walking distance to Hotan Night Market (out of the hotel just turn right to Renmin road and straight to the crossroad, crossing the road then it is a tunnel-shaped building which is the night market). No hair dryer though and I could not find wifi of my room so I had to use that of the other room. In the hotel room there is a guidebook to Hotan and you can use it to ask the reception to help you catch a taxi to the destination you want. Jade market is the most famous spot here and many Han Chinese come to Hotan for that. Everything in Hotan must be taxed heavily or so (for the massive construction that is going on?!), everything is more expensive than Kashgar and other cities in Xinjiang. So at least this hotel price is quite ok for this range in Hotan.

The location is very good, right across the road is the night market. The room was also nice.

We were surprised to find such a great hotel (seemingly just opened up for travellers on foreign passports) in such a remote city at the edge of the Taklamakan desert. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and a perfectly clean and well designed room with no fault at all. Comfortable bed, large modern shower, fast wifi and a good choice of tasty foods at the breakfast buffet make this hotel the place to stay in Hetian which we can strongly recommend.

The newly opened Atour has good hardware and facilities. It has the most comfortable mattresses and bedding among all the Atour hotels I have stayed at. I even bought bedding when I left the store. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and there was even freshly ground coffee for you to drink. The people who saw the freeze-dried powder along the way were moved to death, but there was only one elevator, so luckily there were not many people. The service is very good, the best service in Xinjiang all the way. The front desk and store manager who are on duty in the evening and morning are very enthusiastic and warm-hearted. They also helped me contact Atour, the city where I will stay at the next stop. I was worried that it would smell like decoration. I went into the room specifically to check in before checking in. Please feel free to go in. It is not far from the night market and opposite the Hotan Public Security Bureau. It looks safe.

The room is clean and tidy...the room is spacious...well-equipped...humidifier...air conditioner...refrigerator, etc...It smells like furniture because it just opened... The hotel is equipped with a laundry room and a gym... Focus on the laundry room... I have been driving myself for three months... It is rare for a hotel to be equipped with three washing machines and three dryers... and they are high-power and large-capacity... It is super convenient to wash and dry... The breakfast in the hotel is excellent...the food is rich...the taste is good... The service is warm, thoughtful and professional… I will stay there again if I have the chance to come back in the future...The key point is that the price is not expensive...It should be the most cost-effective Hilton store in the country...It's awesome...

The room is quite spacious and clean. There is a lake opposite the hotel with a nice view. The waiter sent us a fruit plate in the afternoon! The staff at the door took the initiative to pull the boxes for us, and their attitude was very good! The light in the elevator is not very bright, and the sensor light reacts too slowly, so it is a bit dark when it comes out. I hope it will be corrected soon! There are many varieties of breakfast. I ordered a bowl of ramen in the morning, but it was a big bowl!
