Lovely staff, stayed there to go to laguna 69 and pastoruri. Congrats to mr Davi, Willy, Alexandra cocinera and the ladies that worked there to make us vegan meals, switched up ingredients to make it happen. Good desayuno/breakfast even for vegans. Confy beds. Good location. Relatively close to the Plaze de Armas.

We loved our stay with Santa Cruz. It was like staying with good friends. Willie, Flo, Judy, David and others were very friendly, helpful, and professional. From organizing a tour, to answering quick texts about appropriate Taxi fares, arranging laundry, and accommodating our vegetarian diet, everything was perfect. Tasty breakfasts cooked just right, super clean rooms, and just wonderful staff!

O atendimento foi amigável, proativo e disposto. Todos os funcionários são simpáticos e dedicados ao seu atendimento com qualidade. O hotel é antigo sem cheirar mofo, o que é uma baita vantagem no Peru. O quarto tem um "ar rustico" que é super agradável, a cama imensa, confortável e com roupas de cama de alta qualidade. O banheiro é reformado e moderno, água quente e fria no chuveiro e torneira, toalhas de qualidade, limpas e cheirosas. Tudo está sempre limpo por eles com bastante atenção. O café da manhã é otimo, delicioso mesmo; e eles se dispõem a fazer um café mais simples se você precisar sair muito cedo.
