GGuest UserThe hotel is quite old, and the environment, hygiene and facilities are all very average. The front desk service promised to send two more bottles of water, but I didn't get any water until I fell asleep. After breakfast, because we were two people who booked a twin room, my colleague didn't eat and asked me to take two eggs back. The lady in the restaurant saw it and said that I couldn't take breakfast away and had to come up to eat it myself. She also said that there were not enough eggs. I was speechless.

GGuest UserIt is about 10 minutes' drive from Europa Park. If you don't want to stay in a scenic hotel when visiting Europa Park, this is a good choice. The hotel facilities are also relatively new. The only drawback is that if there are more older children, you have to pay an additional 58 yuan per person for breakfast. The buffet breakfast does not have many varieties, and the price of breakfast is a bit high at this price.

Upon arrival, a friendly concierge immediately helped us with our luggage, which we greatly appreciated after our high-speed train journey. Inside the lobby, a very welcoming staff member at the front desk offered us a welcome drink while we checked in, and then kindly explained where breakfast was served and other relevant details. Our room offered a pleasant street view, which delighted our child. The cleanliness of the room and the quality of the bedding were outstanding. Every hotel staff member was incredibly friendly and always wore a smile, which truly brightened my mood throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning for another stay.

Special thanks go to Yang Yang from the hotel's sales department. On the day our child checked in, he left the child's phone watch in the lobby when I checked in. Before leaving the store, I found that the phone was out of power and could not be opened and the specific location could not be determined. After reporting it to Yang Yang, he actively helped his colleagues to search in the guest room and other places. Subsequently, the child's recall confirmed that the watch was lost in the lobby, and the front desk confirmed that the watch was lost the day before yesterday and was couriered to me. I must like and thank you!

The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in procedure was very efficient, and they also introduced the hotel's facilities in a thoughtful manner. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, the supplies are all available, and the quality is reflected in the details. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, the water temperature is stable, and the toiletries smell good. It is a good choice for business trips and travel. I highly recommend it to everyone!

ZzhanliliThe children in the knight room like it very much. The bunk beds, the two children have to sleep in the upper bunk at night, and they sleep just right. The garden view can see the entire water park landscape. The children are very excited to go to play as soon as they see it. The hotel and the water park are the same and it is very convenient.
