"Checked in at 16:00 in the afternoon but the room was not cleaned yet. I urged for more than half an hour. The efficiency of the housing department was not high enough and the front desk could not do anything. After checking in, I found that the water in the bathtub was not hot enough to take a bath. There is another point that needs to be improved. The outdoor faucet said that it can be washed by swiping the room card, but the card swiping was invalid. Other than that, the seaside hotel and the beach recreational facilities are all OK, and it is convenient for children to play."

Also, the restaurant facilities could be better; they only offer the dinner buffet on weekends."

"The newly opened hotel has new facilities and linens, but it doesn't have the smell of a newly renovated hotel. The rooms are large, the air conditioning is powerful, parking is convenient downstairs, and there are charging stations, which is great for electric vehicles. It's close to various attractions, and very convenient by car or public transport. The only problem is that it was probably too busy during the National Day holiday, and there seemed to be a slight shortage of staff, so the service response was a bit slow. However, this is normal for a long holiday. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and would choose to stay here again if I have the chance!"

"Came to Quanzhou for a trip with my daughter and chose the Treehouse at the Water Park Hotel, which is right next to Oulebao. The family-friendly bed was absolutely adorable! My little one loved it so much! Since it's off-season, there were no queues for any of the rides! We could go on them as many times as we wanted, which was fantastic! The front desk staff at the hotel were all very friendly too! It was a great experience overall!"

"The room was poorly soundproofed, the bathroom flushing was very loud, and the service was extremely poor. Many children were staying there, and they were very noisy in the hallway, running around unattended. Because of the poor soundproofing, it was impossible to get any rest. Our child is young and goes to bed at 9 pm, but was woken up many times. We complained to the front desk, but they didn't do anything. I had to confront the parents in those rooms myself at 10:30 pm to get the children under control. Furthermore, when we asked for an extra blanket and said we had a baby and the room was cold, they refused to provide one. The room also had a strong odor. This is clearly a fake positive review. It's not worth 600 yuan at all. A terrible hotel."

"I won't be coming back; I'm avoiding this place. First, the room charges were unclear. It said, "If you need more, please contact room service for XX yuan." As a guest, I intuitively understood this to mean: the first serving is free, and subsequent refills will incur additional charges. What hotel charges for tea placed next to the tea set? (If you're going to charge, there should be clear signage! Are they trying to make money off hidden costs?) It's terrifying to think about; I'll be more careful when staying at other hotels in the future! Second, my bad mood started with breakfast. It was supposed to be breakfast from 7 to 10 am. I arrived at 9 am, and everything was empty (I was so angry I forgot to take pictures; the pictures only show completely empty plates). I've never seen a buffet like this. With an hour left before closing time, all the plates were empty and no more food was added—completely empty, not just scattered leftovers. The porridge container only had plain rice porridge left. I had to go to the noodle station to cook noodles (and even those noodle station items were empty). This is absolutely a substandard buffet."
