預訂的房型是朝裏面的 比較安靜 房型有兩種 都去參觀了一下 房間打掃的很乾凈 有些房型朝向西湖大窗户採光會更好 城景房會更安靜 前台態度很好 響應問題很及時 下樓就是停車場和步行街 對面就是西湖 遊玩很方便的選擇 上樓發現房間還蠻多的 在前台感覺不出來 樓道每個拐角都有監控攝像頭 安全係數五顆星 前台24小時有人 入住體驗很不錯 隨時有人解決問題 價格實惠 西湖經濟型酒店的首選

前台服務很好，主動積極，有問必答，有求必應。房間還算乾淨，就是牀頭櫃有積灰需要擦擦。湖景房景觀無敵，正對西湖，不過門窗隔音都不好，會吵。門口公交車站方便。

地理位置很好，推開窗可觀西湖。樓下及周邊有很多吃的，離西湖東門很近。為了看西湖花燈訂了這個酒店，總體還不錯，唯一不好的是衞生間返味很嚴重，房間隔音不好。

第一次去惠州西湖，挑了一家寶藏公寓，真的很舒服，地理位置又方便，停車不貴，去哪裡都近，環境還好，以後繼續支持。

從惠州北站車程約21分鐘到酒店，惠州市中心景點西湖/水东街/惠州步行街都在酒店附近，步行5-10分鐘到，位置好出行方便。
訂了湖景大床房，真的大湖景沒騙我，景觀很好很舒服。房間在5樓，房間內環境還可以，服務效率高，這酒店性價比極高。

房間貼着禁止吸煙標簽但是一進去很濃的煙味，出門走廊也是一陣濃濃的煙味。廁所設施很不合理，燈和抽風機是一個開關控制，淋浴水也排不及時，地漏傾斜度有問題，反正休息了半天受不了退房換地方了
