This stay was really disappointing. The couple next to us called a group of friends over late at night, and they were laughing and opening and closing doors loudly. They were so uncivilized that they kept making noise until three or four in the morning. We called the front desk, and they asked the security guard to take a look and say a few words, and that was it. The couple was still quarreling and making a fuss, and we asked to change rooms but there was no response, and there was no action taken afterwards. There was even a power outage at two or three o'clock. It was even more exaggerated at around 8 or 9 in the morning. The noise from the shower next door was like firecrackers, and it lasted for half an hour. The sound insulation was really amazing, it was really "good".
