這次出行選擇了這家諾富特酒店，從入住到離店的每一刻都充滿驚喜，毫不猶豫給五星好評！ 到店時前台工作人員態度特別親切，微笑着快速辦理完入住，還主動介紹了酒店的早餐時間和周邊的景點，細節滿分。 酒店特意給安排了高樓層視野不錯，然後睡在床上非常舒服 第二天去吃了早餐，種類特別豐富，中西式都有，熱菜、麪包、水果、飲品一應俱全，味道也很在線，吃飽喝足開啟一天的行程超有活力。離店時工作人員John還主動問了入住體驗，貼心幫忙叫車，全程服務都很周到。 這次入住體驗遠超預期，不管是位置、環境還是服務都無可挑剔，下次來這邊肯定還選這家諾富特，也會推薦給朋友！

這家酒店不錯，住得滿意！位置距離湖邊不遠，我們住的高樓層房間，能看到太湖景色，看着很舒服。
房間裏衞生乾淨，一點死角都沒有，床墊軟乎乎的，晚上睡得特別香。而且燈光、窗簾都能直接控制，不用來回跑，很方便。房間裏配了礦泉水和茶包、咖啡，且可以要求補充，很方便
前台的John態度很親切，辦入住很快，還主動告訴我們停車位置，地下車位也充足。早餐種類不少，麪包、咖啡都挺好吃，吃飽沒問題。健身房也能隨便用，設施齊全。不管是出差還是帶家人玩，住這兒都合適！

非常新的酒店，開始還有些擔心服務，但是從入住開始這種顧慮就煙消雲散了，不愧是國際知名老品牌連鎖，軟硬件出品非常規範，並且非常富有人情味，為我們升級了房間，我們帶了狗狗，萌寵房型還為狗狗準備了狗狗用品，並且開通了行政酒廊的下午茶和免費晚餐，非常貼心。房間、樓道、大堂等公共空間點綴着恰如其分的藝術品，與酒店簡潔舒適現代的設計風格融為一體，房間裏沒有華而不實且讓人迷茫的什麼全屋智能，各個開關設計合理一看就明瞭，非常滿意的一次入住

諾富特酒店入住體驗：商務與休閑的舒適之選
上這次因馬拉松入住了諾富特酒店，整體體驗超出預期，值得推薦。
酒店位置很加分，辦理入住時前台效率很高，John主動詢問是否需要延遲退房，還貼心提醒了酒店健身房開放時間，細節處很顯專業。
房間雖不算超大，但佈局合理、乾淨整潔。床品柔軟度適中，枕頭有軟硬兩種可選，我這種頸椎敏感的人也能睡好；衞浴做了乾濕分離，熱水來得快且水温穩定，提供的洗護用品是淡淡的草本香，使用感不錯。另外，房間隔音效果比預期好，晚上沒聽到樓道噪音，休息得很安穩。
早餐在1樓餐廳，中西式菜品都有，現煮的餛飩和咖啡品質在線，工作人員會及時補餐，不會出現空盤情況。
如果後續再來本地，無論是商務還是帶家人旅遊，這家諾富特都會是我的優先選擇。

這次住的諾富特酒店直接被圈粉！
先説服務，從進門到退房全程沒踩過雷。前台小姐姐登記超快，還主動幫我升級了高樓層房間，説視野更好。
房間也很戳我，整體色調清爽不壓抑，窗户很大，白天採光絕了。床品是那種睡上去就不想起來的軟硬度，連枕頭都分了高低款，細節太到位。衞浴區一點不悶，熱水秒出，洗漱完渾身都舒服。
早餐必須重點誇！現煎的培根、現煮的餛飩都超香，水果還新鮮切好，連咖啡都能選濃淡，吃完直接滿血復活。
真心推薦，下次來這兒，諾富特絕對是我的第一選擇！

由於第一次入住體驗非常好，但是游泳池沒開，這次開放後我們又一次選擇入住，還是一如既往的滿意，泳池的水非常的乾淨，一個大的標準25m長，還有一個小的按摩池，按摩池的水温37℃非常的舒服，水裡沒有一點雜質，特別感謝前台工作人員和Anne給我們升級了房間送了早餐還有行政禮遇，這樣性價比高的酒店實在難得，酒店的早餐品種還有行政酒廊的品種也夠我們吃了，這個價位有這些待遇性價比非常高。

住得挺舒服，給滿分！
昨天住了南太湖諾富特酒店，整體體驗特別好，想好好誇誇它
進門時就挺暖心，門僮看見我拎着大箱子，主動過來幫忙，還提醒我最近降温，出門記得多穿些。辦入住時前台態度也不錯，沒等多久就弄好了，還告訴我早餐廳在哪、幾點開。
房間我也滿意，最直觀的就是乾淨，地板擦得亮，床單被罩沒一點臟東西，聞着也清爽。給我升級的湖景房，拉開窗簾就能看見太湖，早上起來看會兒湖景，心情都變好了。床墊軟硬剛好，我平時睡不好，這次居然一夜到天亮，枕頭還有軟的和硬的兩種，很貼心。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品也夠使，用着不刺激。
第二天吃早餐也沒讓人失望，種類挺多，有粥、包子、雞蛋，還有湖州本地的幹挑麪，味道很正宗。服務員也勤快，看見杯子空了就過來添水，空盤子收得也快，不耽誤事。
退房時我還差點把耳機落房間，剛走到門口就被前台叫住，説幫我收好了，讓我核對一下，特別細心。而且酒店離湖邊近，晚上逛完漁人碼頭回來，走十分鐘就到，不用繞路。
這次住得是真舒服，沒一點不滿意的地方。以後再來南太湖，肯定還選這家，值得滿分！
