Overall it's pretty good. The hotel facilities are very new and clean. You can just eat whatever you want for breakfast. But the biggest failure is that there were two front desks at the time of check-in. One was playing with his mobile phone and the other was helping us check in. However, he kept a straight face throughout the whole process. Since it is a service industry and it is also the front desk, it does not require enthusiasm and at least smiles. Welcome.
