Giraffe Manor Hotel

The view, location, accommodation and of course giraffes and all animals are perfect! We were staying in a 2 beds family suite on the third floor. If you want to get the best view, choose the highest floor! Big thanks to our butler Xiao Li who answered on all our questions. All the stuff was very polite and helpful.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel located right inside the park with a giraffe farm — and it was truly an unforgettable adventure! 🌿🦒 The area is huge, full of animals and various activities for children — a real paradise for a family vacation! ❤️ The animals are well cared for and clearly live in comfortable conditions. Our room was very clean and cozy. A huge thank-you to the staff — everyone was so attentive, polite, and always ready to help！They explained everything clearly and with a smile 😊思思管家always help a lot! A special mention goes to the drivers who spent the whole day taking guests around the park — they did an amazing job! Always friendly and cheerful 🚐✨ The evening campfire show was pure magic — such a wonderful atmosphere and truly heart-warming impressions 🔥 And one more lovely detail: there’s a photo studio on site where you can take three family pictures for free! 📸💖

Very unique hotel which I can call “safari hotel”. You can have close encounters with giraffes, monkeys, meerkats, capibaras for unforgettable memories. The photoshoot provided by the hotel is also very satisfying. I recommend this place to all animal lovers.

Very nice and cozy family and children friendly resort hotel. Selling point is breakfast with giraffe (so we no need go Africa for wild life). All staffs very friendly, especially our housekeeper Sisi, 謝謝我們管家思思的貼心服務。all animal have be take care nicely. Our room price inclusive all park entrance except some paid service, for example interactive with CapyBara, archery, flying fox game.

The idea is amazing, but for the price paid yiu would expect a little more upkeep for the facilities. Kids had a lot of fun, but parents wanted cleaner rooms, restaraunt, and playground areas.

Hotel is located in bamboo forest and has big territory. Even at May holidays we didn't have to wait in line. There are lots of attractions for kids. Breakfast with giraffes is a unique experience and my kid will not forget it. The hotel room is not very clean but it's ok. We had great view, wish window was clean so we could enjoy it more. There is nothing to do after 8pm, but staff is very polite and brings to your room orders from city.
