Hotel South Taihu

Stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. It is a state guesthouse, so the environment is beautiful, and it is the best location to appreciate the Moon Hotel. The housekeeper Xiao Wang has a good service attitude. He will take the initiative to ask if there is anything needed every day, and also introduce the projects of Dragon Dream Park in detail. The driver of the hotel battery car is very nice and took us to Taihu Tower to see the scenery. The level of travel photography in the hotel is good, and the relatives are very satisfied. The hotel is not far from Dragon Dream Park. The zoo, the big circus, and the ancient town are all very fun, and the two performances are also very exciting. Let me talk about some minor flaws. The breakfast is not very rich, the taste is relatively ordinary, and there is no freshly squeezed juice. The small wontons and pan-fried buns are not bad. The three large bottles in the bathroom are stuck in the wall and cannot be pressed. The countertop and the bridle are too far away from people and are inconvenient. The red and blue marks of hot and cold water on them are only the size of rice grains, and the elderly cannot see them clearly. Overall, it is quite good and I will come again if I have the chance.

The person we should thank the most for this three-day and two-night stay is the housekeeper Xiao Wang, who first took the initiative to contact and then upgraded the room. He thought of all the problems and unexpected things you thought of in advance, making us feel at home. He really responded to every request, was warm, thoughtful, professional and efficient. The staff in the underground parking lot and the guy driving the battery car were also very friendly. The breakfast was rich, and the wontons, sesame cakes, corn, dried bamboo shoots, etc. were very delicious 😋. There were also Anji new white tea and honeysuckle, jasmine, rose and other flower teas to brew (not tea bags). The hotel has complete hardware facilities, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and it would be more perfect if it was maintained better; the Chinese restaurant does not have many dishes, the taste is okay, and the service and management can be strengthened.

Nan Taihu Villa Hotel has a beautiful environment and a superior geographical location. Taihu Moon Bay is just opposite the door. The housekeeper Xiao Wang who was in contact with us before check-in took the initiative to contact us to inform us of some precautions and recommended tourist attractions. Since there were too many guests the day before and the room was not tidied up when we checked in (close to two o'clock), the front desk also took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. The room is very intelligent, and you can see Moon Bay from the balcony. The service staff is generally very friendly, especially the housekeeper Xiao Wang, who sent us precautions after check-in (such as wifi connection, etc.). The service is warm and thoughtful. It is generally recommended 👍.

The experience of staying at Nan Taihu Villa is great! The villa is surrounded by clear water and green mountains. When you open the window, you can see the picturesque lake view, which is quiet and healing. The restaurant dishes are exquisite, and the local lake seafood is especially authentic. I especially want to praise GRO Xiao Wang, who was considerate throughout the whole process from check-in guidance to check-out farewell, took the initiative to help plan the tour route, patiently answered questions, and the meticulous service made the journey feel warm, must be praised!

Service: Butler service, considerate and thoughtful, warm communication on WeChat throughout the whole process. Didi, the butler, confirmed with me in advance when I checked in, and also upgraded me to a room with an unbeatable view for free. No environment or direction in the villa can compare to the view from my room. Because I arrived at the store very late, Didi still cared about whether I arrived safely. During my stay, I didn’t have enough toiletries. Didi sent me two bags of daily necessities in 1 minute and recommended me a lot of local delicacies and delicious lemon milk. Location: The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. The hotel service is very good, with a 24-hour shuttle bus. The driver helped with the luggage throughout the whole process, and also introduced it to the customers. His driving skills are also extremely stable. During our stay, our family had a happy weekend, so I strongly recommend everyone to stay and recommend my butler Didi to everyone! I will definitely come again
