酒店整體很好，位置好，員工很熱情，服務態度好，給前台小孟點個贊，禮貌周到。辦理入住告知詳細。 入住非常好，停車很方便，房間空間很大，設施設備配置小件都非常齊全，床品舒適。，早餐時間跨度也很長，推薦入住體驗！爸媽很滿意，走的時候看見所有房間都在換新床墊。離太湖古鎮開車也不遠。

多年後再遊湖州，還是喜歡住市區。天煌滿足了所有需求：市中心地帶，鐵佛寺，小西街，衣裳街，都是city walk 的距離，就算去飛英公園或府廟也不遠。酒店內有中餐廳，據説也是本地人經常聚餐宴請的地方，足見口碑。
酒店是2024剛整體推倒重建的，整體非常氣派，不愧是湖州老牌4星級。
我們訂的是親子房，房間很大，小床也很大，成人也能睡得很舒服。
衞生間很大，乾濕分離，設備嶄新齊全，細節處理的到位。
前台小余贈送了早餐，早餐廳豐富，種類多，味道好。
雖然衹住了2天，但是十分滿意！

方方面面都非常棒，窗外就是摩天輪，臨街不過一點都不吵，小孟小李態度好！特別是小孟，炒雞棒！退房的時候還送了一個可可愛愛的杯子，照片放在另一條評論裏了哈哈哈，有機會再來~
ps 古茗好好喝！點外賣的話會有小機器人送到房間

店位置很好，周邊交通很方便，大堂寬敞明亮，工作人員都非常熱情禮貌，小姚辦理入住時介紹詳細，安排房間安靜，入住舒適，酒店早餐還是很不錯，種類多。停車也方便。下次來湖州還會選擇這裏。

酒店地理位置不錯，去小西街、衣裳街都很近。客房區域安裝了門禁系統，安全感拉高。房間空間還可以，乾淨整潔，頭一次看見提供四瓶礦泉水，很是大氣。唯一遺憾的是客房區域與宴會廳相連，餐廳飄過來的味道以及不停喧囂聲讓人多有不是。作為網絡客人，對於安靜規範性還是很在意的。

來湖州好幾次一直住開元雙子樓 這次換到天煌 沒踩雷 設施新 服務不錯 衞生也好 早餐雖然不驚艷 但也能吃 如果真要挑點問題 停車位太小 特別是靠牆的車位 衞生浴缸和台盆有味道 塞子一定要壓死

帶父母出遊湖州，網上對比了好幾家酒店，最終選擇了天煌大酒店。酒店位於湖州市區，離衣裳街小西街等景點10分鐘車程，周邊都很熱鬧。前台小孟接待熱情，並貼心地幫我們選擇安靜的房間，下午還贈送歡迎水果。房間寬敞整潔，健身房就在我們房間附近，早餐也很豐盛，服務熱心。整天感覺性價比超高的一家酒店！我們和父母都非常滿意，下次再來湖州還會繼續選擇天煌大酒店！👍👍👍😀
