Hotel Apartamentos Vibra San Marino

I recently stayed at the Aparthotel Vibra San Marino and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the location is decent, the overall service and amenities fell short of expectations . One of the major issues was with the staff, particularly Juan Camilo. His attitude was less than welcoming, and he seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. Whether it was about the electrical appliances not working or the lack of basic amenities, his responses were dismissive and unhelpful and very rude all the time. Additionally, the room itself was not well-maintained AC was not working I hoped for a fun stay, but it made my experiences worst. I would never recommend this vibra to anyone.

I went here with three of my friends, we found the hotel staff friendly, the room was huge we had two balcony’s and was clean, the beds were comfortable and we also had a small kitchen with a fridge to keep our things cool, the shower was also ok. We found the hotel pool a good temperature and it was usually quiet so we always managed to get good sunbeds. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and overall our stay was great. A few things that could have improved our stay even more were, the location, it was a little far out to walk to places and we struggled sometimes to get taxis which was frustrating. Our room was also on the ground floor next to reception at the front and the noise from the road was sometimes loud at night. For the price we paid I would overall rate this hotel highly and I would probably return to this hotel again it just would be better if there was a taxi rank outside to limit the stress of trying to get somewhere on time.

Welcomed with a warm smile even though it was almost 11pm when we arrived. Massive, clean room with two small balconies. Great little kitchenette area. Pool area is fantastic, loads of beds and gets the sun all day until sunset. The staff were always so welcoming and polite. We hired a car and there is plenty parking available outside or close by. Supermarket just round the corner. Great location to lots of lovely restaurants/bars. Easy walking distance to Kumharas and Reggae Reggae Beach.

THE GOOD : ROOM: get an accessible room if you can, plenty of space for wheelchairs / assistance for any movement difficulty (I was very pregnant when I stayed and used all the rails!) - also has a FRIDGE, large space, fantastic rooms (I had room 4). POOL: a quiet/empty (!) pool in high season, GREAT softbalinese beds, lit up at night, long enough to swim lengths. THE BAD: Imma GONZALEZ - rude receptionist on front desk Zero help with my luggage even tho my bags were small - I just could not bend down and she said she’s not interested Wifi instructions - she didn’t say a thing - I had to walk back to the desk to ask her - she failed to give me the information up front Walking back and forth while heavily pregnant is not great but she again said tough, you come here and I tell you. Zero customer service, zero empathy. Not a nice human being - should be working in back office, not with guests.

Room: basic but beds comfortable & great air con! Kitchen area: small but adequate to cook for 2. Take a mug or travel cup as cups provided are v small. Pool: temperature was great even later on at 6 or 7pm was lovely to swim in. Area had adequate beds & parasols & was very quiet & peaceful. Even for August area was very quiet and hardly anyone using the pool area. More apartments than apart hotel - there’s No restaurant or bar areas just vending machines in reception so definitely need to do a shop for drinks, water etc.
