we had a very good stay..both hospitality and food is good ..nic location n spacious rooms..people here support us in all the way..Play area forvkids and adults are also good..The sunrise view from thr room is amazing..very spaciouus and comfortable rooms

Our trip to Munnar had been successful because of our comfortable stay at The Ayur Country Resort. The staff was very polite and helpful, the food was delicious, the stay was relaxing and the recreation activities were great fun. This place is a must visit place in Munnar.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ayur County resort and it exceeded all our expectations. The greenery, and panoramic views of mountains e.g....are truly amazing. The rooms were very clean and designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always eager to assist with any request.

Bedsheets were not clean, it had stains on them. Also instead of a queen size bed it was 2 single sized put together. And the room was below ground floor ( -2 floor ) with no proper view of the valley. Dinner and breakfast was nice. The pool was also nice. The resort is also easily reachable and is in a beautiful place. The resort staffs were helpful.

Overall a very very poor stay !!! I would not suggest to choose this place to enjoy with a family trip. When we were not able to get the necessary facilities, we tried to ask the staff. But its staff behaved like a criminal. There is a lot to say. But shorten the words. I can assure you of one thing that I have lived in many places in Munnar over the years. But this is the only place where I and my family had such a bad experience.
