Hotel Terrace Beach Resort All Inclusive

Tastefully and modernly furnished hotel, romantic place for nice honeymoon, where you can enjoy beatiful walks on the beach. The food is a huge selection, we also tried the wellness care - unforgettable, especcially masage from young man named Hassan was great. I am also enjoying the gym every day. The beach is great for family with children and for older people too. I appreciate the sun protection above the sunbeds because I am sensitive to the sun.

We went to this hotel on a family holiday to Turkey. Booked via TUI. The hotel is definitely worthy of 5 stars. Food: was amazing. They have different themed nights such as Mexican and a Gala Turkish night, serving freshly cooked chicken kebabs and fish. There is a huge selection of food on a daily basis. This is NOT one of those All Inclusive hotels that serves you only cold sliced meat and eggs. Much of the food is cooked in full view, so you can see how it is prepared. Lunch is served via the pool restaurant and has a great selection also. There is always something which children will be okay eating. Selection of drinks at the bar is excellent and you can have any cocktail made that you want. Free ice cream is also available for the children for around 5 hours a day. Pool: the pool is great and plenty of sun beds to sit on. You do have to get up early if you want a sun bed in the shade but if you are a sun lover there are always ones available in the sun. The slides are much better than they appear on the pictures and kept my 9,12 and 14 year old happy for hours. The pool area is very clean and there are cabana type huts you can rent for the day for around 45 Euros. A little bit of luxury where you can have your drinks and food brought to you by your own waiter! Well worth it for one or two days. Beach: The private beach is great with a shuttle service from the hotel which is very regular as it is only 2-3mins ride away. It is a nice sandy beach. There is plenty of shade and you can still access a buffet lunch as part of the all inclusive package plus a smaller range of soft drinks and alcohol (No cocktails) Entertainment.: The entertainment is also very good, with something different on every night. They do the usual mini disco stuff but then they have amazing outside acts that come into perform. Children’s club is also amazing. If there wasn’t so many places in the world to visit, we would definitely go back.

I stayed at the terrace beach hotel, all inclusive for 14nights.. 9 of us for week 1 then 6 of us for week 2! If your an English visitor looking at staying here i would STRONGLY urge you to reconsider! The staff do not speak English and those that do, speak the bare bare minimum. German is there go too language as the hotel caters for what it seems to be mainly German tourists. The staff can come across so rude when trying to communicate with them as they don’t understand you and you dont understand them. The other tourists here are extremely rude they seem to think they have some kind of superiority, the way they look at you when your walking around the hotel, or trying to get up in a lift. ( i was waiting for the lift with my son in the buggy and some people came and basically stood infront of me to get in the lift as if i was invisible) they lack any consideration or manners and when you pull them up on it they act as if they don’t understand, and this seems to be 95% of the people staying here. Nobody trys to mingle or even smile at you unless your German too. All the childrens entertainment is in German they speak to the audience in German first and then they reiterate it in English but its mainly aimed at them, my nearly 3 year old loves all the dancing and entertainment you would normally get but as he didn’t have a clue (besides baby shark) found it all extremely boring and would rather go play in the park ( which also isn’t lit in the evening so be prepared to play in darkness). As for this you don’t get that welcoming Turkish vibe, they dont make you feel very welcomed or inclusive when your around the hotel. ( i have been going to Turkey all my life and haven’t had an experience quite like it! this is my first time to this part and will probably be my last!) Its the same outside the hotel too. The restaurant staff aren’t very attentive, there is no order in there at all, nobody greets you to enter or seats you, its a free for all and if you find a seat dont expect it to be laid and ready, i lost count the amount of times i asked for a table of 6/9 to be shrugged off or told to come back later, if i did find a table i had to get my own cutlery or napkins and baby seat even though there are many staff members walking around that can see what it is your trying to do. As it claims to be a 5 star hotel you would expect better food, they have themed nights and it all looks amazing but doesn’t taste particularly of anything, even the authentic turkish dishes they provide are nothing like they should be. The drinks aren’t great either, there selection is minimal ( and always tends to taste flat, and the fruit juice tastes far to sweet and artificial) it doesn’t include cocktails or spirits other than the local watered down rubbish! The rooms are very small (standard room) and as we had two beds put together one mattress was ok the other was like sleeping on a rock it was so uncomfortable. Better late then sorry. We were invited to my parents in laws 40years of marriage anniversery. I advised them to book nearby Izmir (we have an appertment there). But against my will they booked Terrace Beach Resort. And honestly i am thankfull for that. I have met beautiful people working there. My regards to Massagen man Mustafa abim, Murat abi (baking burgers) Ercan "ede"kardesim, da**angi yedim (im from kirsehir ;) insiders joke). Mehmet abi, the cleaning ladies and many more. Besides the comfort of the hotel, everything was arranged perfectly. You dont need to reserve a bed at the pool with a towel as some do..enough beds. The food what was served was more then enough, no long traffic plenty food!!The city center starts across the street if you want to walk. Clean rooms and what can i say more...thank you all for a great holiday.

Great and very clean hotel in perfect location. The food is superb. The beach is amazing. Their beach cabanas are amazing and reasonable priced. The service is excellent and all employees are always well mannered with smile on their face! Totally worth every penny!

I was here with my son in july 2023. The hotel is beautiful, the romms are comfortable and clean, the staff very kind, good meals, beautiful and hot sea, sandy beach, every day animations, turkish night was excellent. We will come back next year.
