We were forced by Love Holidays to go to this hotel after a cancellation. We met 4 other families who were forced to go to this hotel and every one of them had complaints and all went to Love Holidays who did not help. This hotel says they have 3 bars. They have one by the pool. They advertise as 5 stars. This is barely a 3 star hotel. They say all inclusive. This does not include alcohol at lunch, no cocktails no fresh orange. We were double booked and they forced us to another hotel which was like a prison block for the night. On our return late the next morning we were given a room without air conditioning. It took all day to get another room which we couldnt move to until the next day. There were many other issues regarding the food and the facilities. We met two ”reps” who apparently dont work for Love Holidays (or do and LH lied about that too) On our return Love Holidays ignored all of our complaints as the HOTEL LIED about everything related to our stay. They said there are 3 bars and Love holidays didnt question it. They lied and said they gave us a free sade. When I gave the receipt to Love Holidays they ignored it. Love holidays protect the hotel not the customer and this hotel lies blatantly without repercussion. I will never use Love Holidays again and suggest NO ONE BOOKS THIS HOTEL. I have proof and photos and recipts to back this up. But Love Holidays isnt part of the ABTA and cant be held to account as they hand it all over to the hotel who know they can get aaway with it. Disgusting.

can say that the whole experience was very unpleasant. from the moment I arrived at the hotel at 11 to 12 at night - the boy/gentleman at the reception was very irresponsible in doing the job properly. we were a group of 27 people, we had 8 family rooms and 3 double rooms and a single room. the booking was created 3 months ago. after I arrived at the hotel, the gentleman who didn't want to say his name (they seem a little taller than me) on April 25, it was at night. He kept us at the reception until 3:30 in the morning because he could not calculate and follow the steps to be able to make the reservations and give us the room key. she was very messy, irresponsible to do her job, very bad English. he spoke very badly, yelled several times at us... it was a very unpleasant experience. the next day everything was resolved with the manager Hasan who listened, explained and solved the check-in - but to sit at the reception and wait after a 5 hour flight and then an hour from the airport seems like too much. reception was poor on the short man's shift (on the other shifts the tall man was perfect and the lady/miss was cool). I ate the same food every day, I would say 1 star - sometimes the same food from lunch to dinner/ or maybe they cooked the same food but it didn't taste good sometimes. some food ok. The waitress , if you offered them money, they served you very nice and smiles if not, don't even bother to smile , sometimes if you asked them for something, they answered back I don’t have time and leave. sometimes the food wasn't enough, if they ran out of food, they didn’t replace. the rooms are clean and spacious, comfortable beds, air conditioning, bathroom ok - it could be better if they are renovated - the shower cabin in room 4309 is not very well maintained. my room, for example, was never cleaned, other colleagues were clean, other rooms were not. Clean towels but they don't change them on time or they take them away and then they don't bring them back, they said they don't have clean ones until the next day from reception The pool is clean, the sunbeds are clean, the bar is ok, sometimes too crowded but ok, the drinks are not very quality but ok. the activities were 10 out of 10 amazing time fun. beautiful beach - not very clean but ok. the food at the beach is ok - sometimes better than at the restaurant. I will not recommend the hotel very bad , bad behaviour from staff and not English speaking. 2 out of 20 people

If you can't stand extreme hot, don't visit Antalya at August. It says 30 degrees but feels like 50, because humidity is 40%. There is 3 elevators, 1 always broken, the area around no A/C. So you wait 20 - 30min on elevators every time you want to use it, because even the staff uses them. Sunbeds around pools were always busy with towels but people only around animation time which is 1h per day. Same happens on the beach. One day we tried the pool inside, which was smelling on chlorine, after few hours my kid got water poisoning. They use shuttle to transport you to the beach, but every second day was broken. Animation at night was made in area where you literally stand and sweat. Because no space again. During breakfast/lunch /dinner you wait 1h to eat, because no space and the food is traditional all with spices. They close the fridges with water bottles after eating time and in morning they pick up milk 30min before time for breakfast ends. They lock coffee machines around the same time so if you want to drink coffee after breakfast you must go back to lobby which is 1 floor up and always busy with people, because there people wait their bus for airport. The game room which has kids playground, is not allowed to leave your kid, but also no chairs or any waiting area, so again you stand 1-2h till your kid get tired. Before to arrive they told me they let late check out, when day came, me and my daughter with fever, I tried to explain we are not well but they didn't wanted to listen, so instead to give me 6h, they let me use the room only 3 h and the group of new tourists arrived 30min before we left. Meaning they had room, they just didn't cared about it. My vacation was literally hell, hope my review will help you in your decisions.
