Upon landing, I was suddenly notified that the previous hotel was overbooked and I couldn’t check in and needed to book a new hotel. I almost went crazy... Fortunately, your customer service at Ctrip is quite reliable! Special thanks to all the customer service staff for helping to coordinate the room temporarily. Especially thanks to the housekeeper Mingyu for calling to confirm the status. The schedule was tight and I couldn't thank you in time. I hope you can see this comment~
The big brother and aunt at the front desk of the hotel are very nice and kind. I especially thank them for their help. (The hotel is very close to the Renhe Stadium and has convenient transportation. It is especially suitable for star-chasing girls. It is also safe to live alone. The room hygiene and facilities are very good. Please be brave to book!
