"1. There were no disposable amenities whatsoever, not even slippers. I understand this, as it's common in most Korean hotels. 2. The power outlets were broken; my phone would charge for a few minutes and then stop. This was incredibly inconvenient. Two out of our three rooms had this exact issue, which is ridiculous. 3. The toilet was difficult to flush, and eventually stopped working altogether. There was a constant sound of running water all night. 4. The hygiene was also poor. I don't know how they clean, and the air wasn't fresh. 5. There's absolutely nothing around the hotel, so be prepared for that. 6. Both the male staff member at check-in and the woman at the front desk during check-out were extremely disrespectful to guests. They were very unfriendly towards Chinese tourists, looking down their noses at us. Especially one short-haired woman – her face was sour, and I don't know why she was so arrogant. In a place where fresh vegetables and fruits are hard to come by in winter, a 1.5m bed is called a "super king room," and a 30-square-meter room is a "deluxe room" – what is there to be so haughty about? When you've made enough money, come visit China."

GOLDEN TULIP Incheon Airport Hotel & Suites ★★★★
"Clean. Roomy. The hotel room even has a slow descending rope for emergencies, fire extinguisher, and a flash light. Love it how much they pay attention to safety! Please note it would take 45 minutes from terminal 2 to the hotel because it goes to terminal 1 first. The drivers are professional and not over the top polite, which I like. The bidet toilet warms up to the seat. But the water doesn't necessarily shoot at the right spot. :)"

Ibis Styles Ambassador Incheon Airport ★★★★
"I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it for convenient airport access. I had been staying more centrally in Seoul, but in preparation for an early flight the following morning, spent my final night in Korea at this hotel. Access was a bit more complicated than I had anticipated - despite its proximity to the airport terminal, there is no pedestrian access, and one must take an airport bus to reach it. There is a direct hotel shuttle bus that runs between the terminal and hotel entrance, which I caught in the morning from the hotel, at about 5:00am; it is more like a coach with dedicated luggage storage in the bed of the vehicle. The journey takes only 5-10 minutes. However, this shuttle bus only runs once an hour (and sometimes less, depending on the time of day). As an alternative, a regular airport bus departs from a neighbouring bay at the airport terminal, visiting several stop on a 30-minute circuit; from the airport, this hotel is reached by a 5-minute walk from the penultimate stop (i.e. the stop before returning to the terminal). This is a conventional bus with limited luggage storage. Transport aside, the hotel experience was excellent, with kind and cordial staff with flawless English, large, comfortable, luxurious rooms, and several food options, including a bar/restaurant, room service, and a 24/7 convenience store. While I do not think the hotel would make a very convenient base from which to conduct an entire trip to Seoul - the subway journey to central Seoul takes a good hour or more - it is extremely convenient for anyone needing quick airport access, and is extremely pleasant in all other regards on top of that. I had a very pleasant stay and would strongly consider staying again in the future."

"Excellent! I had an 18-hour layover in Incheon, so it was perfect for getting some sleep, much more comfortable than the transit hotels at the airport. There's an official video on Xiaohongshu explaining how to take the shuttle bus. We exited T1 through gate 3, crossed the street, and easily found the Paradise shuttle stop at 3C. We caught a bus right away, and it took about seven or eight minutes to get to the hotel, super convenient. The next day, we departed from the bus station on the hotel's basement level. Do note that pick-up locations and departure times vary for Incheon T1, T2, and Gimpo."

"I booked this hotel for an overnight layover at Incheon Airport on my way back from North America. The aesthetics are top-notch, and the design is truly unique. The staff are dedicated, and the room is comfortable and well-equipped. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service from 5 AM to 9 PM, and also provide special services like printing and long-term luggage storage. A similar airport hotel in North America would easily cost over 2000 RMB, so getting this for just a few hundred RMB was a pleasant surprise!"
