The staff at the reception (the owner?) was very kind and friendly. The hospitality was great, but the location and the hot water in the bath were a problem.
The purpose was to go to IMSPIRE, so the distance was not a problem, only 4-5 minutes by taxi, but it may be a little difficult for first-time travelers to Seoul.
However, it is easily accessible by bus, and the cost performance is very good compared to other hotels in the area, so I think it would be a good idea to organize a tour for that purpose.

I wrote this review specifically to praise the front desk service. The uncle at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me get a taxi! English communication is no problem. The room facilities can also have a switchable heater.

The hotel is a bit old, but it is clean and well-managed, so I had a comfortable stay. The surroundings are quiet, and the ocean view was beautiful because they gave me a room on the 6th floor. The staff were all friendly and I had a very comfortable stay.^^

The location is good, the sea is 7-10 minutes away from the hotel. It's a long walk from the bus stop to the hotel and it's quite dark in the evening. Overall, everything was fine. The only downside is that the bed linen was all covered in yellow stains that couldn't be washed off, and there was someone else's hair near the pillow. I would like to see attention paid to cleanliness and sanitary conditions. The hotel itself is quite old, but cozy. The TV in the room is not connected to cable TV, apparently just for beauty. It's bearable for a short trip, but for a long one I would prefer a better place.

I chose to stay here while watching a concert in Incheon. It is a distance away from the venue. The owner is very friendly, can communicate in English, and the sanitary environment is also very clean.
