This is my favorite place to stay in Indy. It’s beautiful, quiet and clean. The bathroom in the Rose room is wonderful. The soaking tub was heavenly. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and fresh. I would definitely stay there again. I look forward to it.

This review is for their lack of compassion and inability to understand a situation that made it impossible for me to stay at their Inn. I missed the last connecting flight to Indianapolis and had to fly the day after. As a result I was not able to make it to the Inn for the night I had booked. Per their policy they don't refund bookings canceled within the last seven days from the stay date. I asked them to kindly make an exception given that I had to cancel for reasons that were totally beyond my control. They said No. It is their policy no to refund, but it is their choice to be nice and kind. They choose no to. It goes without saying that I won't stay here in my future trips to Indianapolis. Nor do I recommend them for the antiquated policies and lack of compassion.

The B&B is located in a trendy part of Indianapolis. Great restaurants are only a short walk away. Very easy access to major interstates. Room only had 2 coffee pods. My wife and I need that first cup in the morning without going downstairs. Wish there were a few more coffee pods in the room. Snack area only had tea bags and hot water.

My wife and I stayed for 1 night and were disappointed that there was no hot water to shower at night, only 1 shower towel in our room, and breakfast was taken away 15 minutes early - shortly before we went to breakfast. The place is very nice and charming but hopefully the service gets better.
