Jetwing Villa 700

This was my second time staying at an Amaya property in Sri Lanka, and once again, I am thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and exceptional quality. The property is absolutely stunning, located right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully crafted to ensure comfort and luxury. As with all Amaya properties, the food is exceptional — a true highlight of the experience. If you're planning to visit Bentota, I highly recommend staying at this incredible property. It's a must-experience destination that consistently delivers an unforgettable stay.

Our stay at Villa 700 was a truly pleasant and peaceful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, making us feel welcome despite a small issue with our last-minute reservation. Their hospitality and helpfulness were remarkable, and we truly appreciated their efforts. The property itself provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We mainly visited to unwind by the beach, and Villa 700 offered just the right ambiance for that. The serene surroundings and well-maintained spaces made it easy to disconnect and enjoy some much-needed tranquility. One addition that would enhance the experience even further is a spa or a retreat facility, which would complement the peaceful atmosphere perfectly. Nevertheless, our stay was wonderful, and we would love to return for another relaxing escape.

Wonderful location and service. There is room for improvement for the food, however presentation was wonderful. Service was above and beyond and the amenities were excellent too. The manager Gayan and staff member Sudath ensured our stay was comfortable and beyond our expectations. Will recommend!

This is a real hidden gem if you are looking for a beautiful beachfront location which is very private and quiet. It is safe this time of the year to swim in the sea and the water was so beautiful and blue. Fantastic location and service for the price. Really appreciate how helpful Muthu, Dinesh and Gayan were. Room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view and enormous balcony. The pool was very clean too. For female solo travelers this is a really safe place.

We were attending a family holiday in Bentota and used Villa 700 as a base to attend functions, meet up with family and explore Sri Lanka from, as well as having a place to relax and chill while on vacation. The villa is in a beautiful setting, right on the beach with great restaurants and bars either side of it, accessible from beach or road. The road outside the Villa takes you to Bentota 15 mins) or Galle in the opposite direction ( 90 mins) . The airport is just over an hour away via excellent toads. There are Tuk Tuk or Uber transport option easily available. The villa itself is modern, clean with adequate amenities, although the WiFi is sometimes slow, but the area has good 4G mobile signal. The breakfast served was excellent, with individual choice of local or European dishes by a very professional English speaking staff of Dinesh and Muthumala, who looked after our every need and kept the Villa very clean. The night security guard was also very friendly and helpful when returning back late in the evening. For a local Sri Lanka staging post or a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting with excellent service, Villa 700 comes highly recommended
