Hotel Kapeller Innsbruck

perfect hotel,super nice.Amazing view from the room and 10 to city centre by tram.

We loved the couple of nights we spent here. It is an easy place to get to and then easy to get into Innsbruck on the tram. Apart from the church bells from next door, it's quiet and peaceful. Lovely walks in the area. We had to go into town for dinner as veggie choices were very limited within walking distance but we enjoyed a drink in the sunshine on the tables outside. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Really friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we checked in to the day that we left hotel staff was so friendly. The breakfast bar in the morning was fantastic. The room was phenomenal. I recommend soaking in the large bathtub. It was located very close to the bus line to go downtown. We experienced the Christmas market, the friendly community and the local restaurant.

We had a great time at Kapeller. We stayed for four nights and had two rooms and all four of us really liked the place. The rooms are spacious by European standards. Our room had a sofa on which we could relax after an tiring day. Every room has a folder with information about nearby restaurants and food options around the hotel which was a nice touch. The restaurants nearby are numerous and serve great food. Apart from the spacious rooms, the bathrooms were clean and fragrant, the only hitch being that the heated towel rack didn’t seem to work in our bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely great, the spread was good and the DIY egg boiler was an interesting thing! The hotel is located within a five minute walk from the tram station which was super convenient. In fact it was so good that in spite of having a car we preferred to take the tram which took us to the city centre in ten minutes. They also gave all four of us free tram passes which we were absolutely delighted with. The location of the hotel also gives it some gorgeous views depending on which side the room faces. A special mention to the friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant which made our stay very comfortable. The lady who checked us in was especially very sweet. We had a great time and would love to go back.

Spent four lovely nights with them. Liked the large rooms, fragrant bathrooms, and the super view. The towel rack in our bathroom didn’t warm the towels as expected but that didn’t tarnish our experience. The reception is staffed by nice and helpful people. The one who checked us in was especially sweet. The breakfast was good and the DIY boiled egg machine was very interesting. The hotel is located close to a number of restaurants within walking distance which serve excellent food and every room has a folder with all the information that you need about food options around the hotel. That was an excellent touch. The tram station is a five minute walk away, and a super convenient way to go to the city centre. We had a car but preferred to take the tram and not worry about parking. There is a pretty big shopping mall close by as well.
