"Check-in is from 4pm. It was written at the entrance that the gate code for the entrance would be sent by email, but it had not been sent. There were several people who didn't know how to get in like me, and one of them ended up calling the hotel. Then a staff member came out and we were able to get in. The explanation and system for how to get in are sloppy. The reviews said that the rooms were moldy and dirty, but the rooms were clean and there were towels, so there was nothing in particular."

"This hotel is conveniently located a 5-10 minute walk from Brussels North Station, right next to the FLIX bus stop. From there, you can easily access the airport, city center, Bruges, and Ghent, all with direct connections. Many Asian travelers, including Japanese guests, stay here. While breakfast starting at 7 AM is a bit late and the food service can be slow, the quality is excellent and definitely worth over 20 Euros. One downside is the lack of nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, or mini-supermarkets in this central business district, though you can find these at the station. I would definitely stay here again."
