"The room was the same as the pictures. The hotel lobby was clean and bright. There were a bunch of sofas in the lounge area, with small biscuits, candies and iced lemonade next to them. The hotel check-in was very fast. The room was very clean, without the smell of mold or the feeling of being old. The whole room was clean and bright. There was a sofa bed in the room that was very spacious. The breakfast was also a combination of Chinese and Western styles, with pancakes, noodles, wontons, bread and cheese. The overall experience was very good👍"

"I've wanted to visit for over ten years, and this was my first time, bringing my dog along. Right in the lobby, the hotel owner's mixed-breed dog was sprawled in the middle of the entrance, exuding a lazy, 'I'm in charge' vibe. My room was upgraded to a standalone two-bedroom unit with a terrace and living room. With two bedrooms surrounded by lush greenery, I was very pleased. The decor isn't outdated at all. I enjoyed a SPA treatment and had dinner; the crayfish was especially fresh and delicious – truly their signature dish. Xiao Yan at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive; after adding her on WeChat, she kept sending me updates on hotel activities. It was also my dog's first time seeing big horses and black swans. The hotel feels like a grand estate, and I'll definitely be returning many times. I'm sure it will get even better now that Trip.com has acquired it."

"It’s a very standard hotel a bit far off from the city center, but relatively close to a shopping mall area with lots of shops and food. There’s also a café like around 300 meters away. We stayed there to go hike in Moganshan and as the hotel is in the city you will need to take a taxi to get there. Breakfast was okay and employees were extra nice, they helped us ordering food via app!"

The hotel is right next to Intime City, making dining and shopping super convenient, and parking is free. The room facilities are very new, with a Serta mattress and smart toilet. The bedding is skin-friendly and odor-free, and the soundproofing is great – I slept soundly until morning. The front desk processed check-in quickly and even proactively helped register my license plate. Breakfast is at the Marriott across the street, with a good variety and tasty options. At night, you can see the Ferris wheel night view. The value for money in Deqing is really excellent. I'll definitely come again!"

"The room was clean, and the WeChat concierge was very responsive. The resort is massive, and the activity schedule was quite good, catering to both teenagers and young children. They offer free recreational cycling, free parking, and daily housekeeping. The spring-specific bamboo shoot digging and water biking experiences were enjoyable. The bonfire party, held every Saturday, helped create a lively atmosphere. I was particularly pleased with the room. They had thought of everything: screens on the windows and doors, air conditioning, a dryer, and a drying rack. My three-day, two-night stay was very comfortable. It's truly pet-friendly, and all the staff throughout the park were great with dogs. The rules for activity areas and projects were also clear. Dog owners don't feel discriminated against. The in-room dining was also fantastic – perfect for lazy people tired after a day of activities. The prices were surprisingly affordable, even cheaper and more hygienic than eating at outside restaurants. My only suggestion is for the gravel paths from the parking lot to the room cabins to be paved with concrete or asphalt; walking on the gravel is quite tiring. Breakfast was simple, offering both Chinese and Western options for a quick meal before heading out for activities. Overall, I was very satisfied. If I get the chance to visit Deqing again, I would definitely consider staying here."

JJasur MavlyanovWe recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Mo Yan Homestay (莫颜·莫干山Villa环山溯溪美宿（庾村广场店)) with our two children. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, situated incredibly close to the hiking trails of Moganshan. The amenities are equally impressive, featuring a large outdoor pool, a rooftop barbecue area, and an additional ground-floor barbecue spot. There are plenty of cozy sitting areas both inside and around the hotel for relaxation. For indoor entertainment, the hotel offers a spacious billiard table on the ground floor, as well as an arcade gaming set that our kids couldn’t get enough of. Speaking of the kids, they were thrilled with the children’s themed room we booked. The room’s balcony provided stunning views of the river, mountains, and lush bamboo forests that front the hotel. But what truly sets Mo Yan Homestay apart are the hosts. They are among the best we’ve encountered in China, making us feel completely at home. This was our second trip to Moganshan, and thanks to the incredible hospitality at Mo Yan, it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

You don't need to store your bag, let alone queue for the bathroom near the starting point. Environment: The whole villa with front and back yards is spacious and open. Because of the gate, it is private and well separated from the street. There is a large outdoor swimming pool and grass canopy in the yard. There are many small chairs, small tables, hanging chairs, and flowers and plants to rest and daze. The lobby on the first floor is very spacious, the sofa is very comfortable, and the combination of various exquisite furnishings and plants can show the boss's love for life. Many still life sketches can be taken in different small corners. PPinkGirlExtremely sweet staff who are extremely friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and swift. We got there after 8 pm on a Friday night and the front desk was available and waiting for us. They allowed night swimming and had great a spacious Karaoke facility. This hotel /BnB is pet friendly and so our 2 fur kids were not discriminated against and was treated with a great care. Jinx is the girl at the front desk and she is very kind, always going the extra mile for us, even sending us locations and attractions close by on wechat. They provided us with a DIY barbecue on Saturday night and allowed us to have a party till quite If I could suggest a few things it would be: 1. The cats in the cat enclosure have not had their space cleaned in weeks. There are feces and spider webs inside the 'space'. The cats never come out and look very unhappy. Please can they be better taken care of. 2. Rooms can be swept and cleaned daily. 3. Breakfast can be less dough based but some more fruit and healthier food options. Overall, we would definitely visit again and really enjoyed such a warm environment.

WWangmintingThis hotel is truly beautiful and one of the larger establishments in Moganshan. I particularly loved the lobby and restaurant – they were incredibly lush and green! I rarely see lobbies and restaurants with such abundant greenery and flowers. It felt very chic and fresh, even more photogenic than many of the trendy cafes in Moganshan. Our room was spacious, and we were upgraded to the 'Prague' room. I do have a couple of suggestions: the bed frame was wider than the mattress, and I kept bumping my shins on it, which was painful. Also, the shower only had a rain shower head. The water pressure was great, but it was impossible to rinse off soap suds that splattered further away on the floor, so you'd end up stepping in bubbles when you got out. Finally, the toilet door wasn't fully sealed, which is a bit of an issue if you need privacy.

He upgraded our rooms and every meal was delicious. The elders in my family are always so happy when they're in a natural, mountain setting. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed – we didn't have to prepare a thing. Plus, there were charging stations for our electric car, so all we had to do was relax. We'll definitely be back!

FFCP1234An excellent weekend Getaway from Shanghai. Our stay in Arcadia was amazing, located in a beautiful mountain valley of MoganShan the setting was perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the food was always delicious and freshly prepared for us. We spent most of our time sat by the pool or in the Jacuzzi. It’s also a lovely spot to bring your dog, with an enclosed garden and lots of space. Definitely recommend to stay!

GGuest UserAfter the May Day holiday, and before my maternity leave ended, I finally got to visit naked Castle, a place I'd been dreaming of for a long time. In short: it truly lives up to its reputation as one of the best, if not *the* best, luxury resorts in China! It's not far from Shanghai, so I can definitely see myself going back often! The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the scenery! Driving up the winding mountain road to the peak, and then stepping into our Cliff Suite to be greeted by breathtaking mountain views – it felt like my soul was instantly liberated from its shackles. All I wanted to do was sit on the bamboo chair on the balcony and simply unwind. Then there's the famous ancient castle itself. Although it's a renovation, it remarkably captures its original essence, while the interior beautifully blends modern aesthetics with cultural heritage. Every brick, every tile, every door, every window is worth admiring. The path leading from our room to the castle was like something out of a fairytale. Secondly, the overall service quality was outstanding. From the front desk, shuttle staff, and restaurant servers to the housekeeping team, everyone was highly professional and efficient. Our dedicated guest relations specialist, Xiao Chen, was particularly attentive and thoughtful. We were traveling with our 5-month-old baby, and the hotel had already prepared a crib and assigned us a perfectly located room, making it easy to get to the restaurant and the castle. Despite the hotel having been around for some years, it's incredibly well-maintained and feels as good as new, which is a rare find among domestic resorts! We've already made plans to return in autumn when the leaves change color, to enjoy the castle's beauty in a different season!

AAnonymous User1. **Room Issue:** I originally booked a king-size bed room, but due to an elevator problem, they switched us to a twin room. However, once we got into the room, we found that something was blocking the view. We called the front desk to request a change, but they refused, citing no availability. Yet, I had clearly booked a king-size room, and they said it was available at the time. 2. **Environmental Issues:** There was an unpleasant smell near the elevator on the first floor. In the room, we couldn't adjust the air conditioning mode ourselves. For example, when we visited, the temperature was almost summery, but we were told only heating was available. The lighting was dim, and one light fixture was faulty. The soundproofing was poor, and we could hear the TV from the next room. 3. **Attitude Problem:** Despite the room being hot, no one responded or did anything about it. Finally, I wish everyone a pleasant life.

__CFT010000001607****My trip to Moganshan was spurred by a rare good weather weekend and a spontaneous decision. I blindly booked this B&B on Trip.com simply because I liked its name, 'Moshangyin'. I'm just a hopelessly spontaneous person. My suitcase packed clothes for tomorrow, my camera, and a bottle of red wine. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, hoping to get tipsy under a sky full of stars before drifting off to sleep. However, the reality was I ended up sharing that bottle of wine over a staff meal at the B&B. I met the lovely and fun Sister Fen, known as 'Moganshan's Queen', and the incredibly approachable and wise B&B owner, Da Ling. She cooked me delicious shredded pork noodles and helped me take many great photos. I was the only guest who got to join that meal, simply because I was the only solo guest at the whole B&B – how both sad and interesting is that? In my heart, Moshangyin in Moganshan definitely deserves a five-star review.
