"I chose this newly opened hotel through the platform. The lobby's decor is simple yet sophisticated and stylish. The rooms are spacious, the staff are very welcoming, check-in was quick, and the hotel is conveniently located on a commercial street. Transportation is easy, the parking lot is large, the water pressure is strong, and there are plenty of snacks and local specialties available. There's a microwave in the lobby. The rooms are beautifully decorated with smart home technology, and the rooms are clean and tidy with excellent amenities. "I booked two rooms. One was near the elevator, so it was extremely noisy with people coming and going. The other room had a clogged bathroom. When I contacted the front desk, they said it was because we threw tissues down there. Even though we didn't throw tissues down, the bathroom was clogged again the next day. When I checked out, they still said it was our problem. The day before, when I renewed my room, the girl at the front desk said that the bathroom had always had a problem. When I renewed the room, they even tried to charge me extra because it was the weekend. The front desk staff were rude, and the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the hallway even from the room, even though I booked a room with an outside window. I can only imagine how it must have been in other rooms. The elevator was pitifully small, and the room was full of mosquitoes. The electric mosquito repellent was completely useless. It was a very bad experience. If you have trouble sleeping, I would advise you not to choose this room."

"The hotel's meticulous attention to detail is truly impressive, making us want to stay indefinitely. It made the service at other five-star hotels feel completely inferior. The complimentary offerings, from afternoon tea, coffee, cakes, and pastries to a late-night bowl of noodles and even breakfast, were all incredibly delicious. The coffee, in particular, was aromatic and came with 24-hour free refills. Even the toothpaste provided was imported, and mineral water was used for brewing tea. All the other recreational facilities were also excellent. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories. We are definitely planning a second visit and hope it remains excellent as always. ☺️"

It is quiet in the noisy area. There is a large-scale supermarket next door and life is very convenient. Shangrao Town is considered to be the most remote town in Guangdong. If you come to travel, especially to see Hakka Tulou, it is very convenient to live here. It can radiate dozens of Tulou in several towns. Backpackers, photographers, and artists can choose here. I live, as a native of the province, I just finished shooting Tulou. The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic, and the local people are honest and hospitable. The local food and snacks are unique and inexpensive.

The bad words first, as a building that has been open for more than 20 years, if the facilities and equipment in the room can be upgraded, it must be amazing. Some of them have some musty smells caused by airtight reasons. This small aspect feels not very comfortable. But the lush green plants around are against each other, making people immerse themselves in nature, which is still remarkable.
