"Hotel is conveniently located near Taoyuan Airport. Taking a regular taxi there costs about TWD 185. Otherwise, it's a 5 minute walk from A15 Dayuan station. Staff are very helpful and courteous. There is also an on-site laundry room with complimentary washing powder. The use of the dryer, however, costs about TWD 50 for 45 minutes. Room is equipped with hair dryer, shower gel and hair wash, hand soap, and complimentary mini-bar items."

On the positive side, the staff was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all guests were comfortable and had what they needed. The location was also ideal, situated close to major attractions and public transportation. "Hotel location is very good, popular nightmarket and Sogo just nearby. Interiors a little old style but being kept in a very good condition. Breakfast is available but can’t book in app, why? Since can’t book it with the App I didn’t try it."

"A Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities – But Beware the Mosquitoes We stayed at this relatively new hotel and were impressed with its modern facilities. One of the highlights for us was the 24/7 business centre, which offers complimentary refreshments like soft drinks, tea, chips, and crackers. My son absolutely loved it—it felt like our own little secret spot to unwind after a long day exploring. The location is excellent. There’s a supermarket right across the street and a mall next door with plenty of dining options, a cinema, and more. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle bus service that connects to the HSR station for easy access to Taipei. The included breakfast was quite good, and since there aren’t many nearby breakfast options, it was definitely a plus. The staff were generally friendly—maybe not quite at a five-star level, but still pleasant and helpful overall. However, the major downside was the mosquito problem. When we checked into our room, we found more than 20 mosquitoes in the room, and they were also present in common areas like the lobby, restaurant, hallways, and business centre. Unfortunately, my son, who is allergic to mosquito bites, was bitten and had a very painful reaction. This was a big disappointment, especially since we weren’t expecting such an issue indoors. We stayed from late May to early June, so perhaps it was seasonal—but we do feel the hotel should take more proactive measures, especially housekeeping, to address this. Despite the mosquito issue, I would still recommend this hotel for a stay in Taoyuan, especially for its location and overall value—just be sure to pack insect repellent if you're visiting during mosquito season!"

"A good family hotel with basic amenities. Close to outlet mall and airport good for early flights. Overall can be cleaner, towels need to be better cleaned.  Service is great and friendly. Great arrangements for lunch box breakfast for early flights much appreciated.  Family mart nearby is opening soon and would bring better convenience soon."

"Its convenient, it is near from shopping, food places restaurants and night market, 25km from airport I just commute from hotel to airport bus station are nearby. Hotel is neat and clean and good view of the Buildings outside specialty night time."

"the hotel is suitable if you have a quick escape and group of family the room is big and clean the receptionist are kind and can speak english they are always smilling,if you are planning to bring a toddler it is highly recommended they can run inside the room because of the bigger space. ,thats why I book twice after I tried another hotel I decide to come back in this hotel not pricey but it wont cost you that much I like the hotel!just bring food or snacks"

"I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency one to two metro stations away from Taiyuan international airport and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and attention to detail. There’s a shuttle bus to the hotel but I chose to take the metro. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Small touches like the attendant pressing the lift button for me showed their dedication to guest comfort. As a family traveler, I was pleasantly surprised when they proactively provided an extra bed without me even requesting it—such thoughtful service! The express check-out was seamless, and the shuttle bus to the airport made my departure stress-free. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. This hotel truly understands hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. Will stay here again!"

"I like everything about this hotel compared to the previous 3 hotel I stayed in Taiwan during my trip . The breakfast is great and the location is very good. It takes only 20 minutes to taoyuan international airport . Seven eleven and mini marts is just stones throw away. It’s a bit old but with the price like this , nothing to complain 😍"
