"We got there with no online reservation, and the stuff didn’t care for us at all, they treated us poorly like they didn’t see us, no good customer service at all. We went out and made reservation online (trip.com) and when we came back in everything was different, they were nice and the check-in process was very quick. The room was clean (except the bathtub). One of the rooms, had a living room without chairs. The bed was really comfortable. The view was ok (but we didn’t come for the view). Overall it was ok, but I was disappointed on how we were treated just because we didn’t book the rooms online."
