"I checked back two days later and retrieved my previously stored luggage. This time, breakfast was included for both nights, but drinks (coffee) were not. I asked the night shift front desk, and a cup of coffee was Rs.45. The next morning, I thought that since I booked the same package, the maximum check-out fee would be Rs.90 plus tax. However, the day before yesterday, the front desk quoted Rs.300. I told them I already knew the previous night that a cup of coffee cost Rs.45, and they stopped asking. Although we couldn't understand each other for a long time, they simply didn't charge me. Since I had coffee both times, I gave the front desk Rs.100 (of course, they didn't give me change). Later, the front desk that quoted Rs.300 asked for a tip, so I gave them another Rs.20. Both times, I stored my luggage (free of charge), and they insisted on charging for drinks later, which I did willingly. I'm reporting this for other guests' reference and to hope the hotel will improve. The hotel I stayed at before was much cheaper and provided the same breakfast picture, with drinks including coffee or Indian tea (refillable). Although the conditions differ, at least the guest rooms should offer breakfast options or price choices, right? This hotel doesn't have that."
