"We really enjoyed our stay at The Social Hub Lavagnini. It’s clean, modern, and well-designed with a young, international vibe. We’re in our early 30s and felt like we fit right in. It’s ideal for younger travelers or anyone who prefers something more relaxed and social than a traditional hotel. An older couple might feel a little out of place, but that depends on what kind of atmosphere you’re after. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Anytime we needed something, they handled it quickly and with a great attitude. The common areas downstairs are a real highlight. There’s lots of space to work, hang out, or meet other travelers. It really does have a community feel, just like the reviews say. There’s also a rooftop with a pool and bar. It’s nice to have, but to be honest, we didn’t find the bar particularly exciting. More of a perk than a destination. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the historic center, so you’ll be doing a bit of walking each day. Still, we thought the location was a good balance- close enough to everything, but far enough to be out of the thick of the crowds. For the price and the comfort of the hotel, it felt totally worth it. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and social place to stay in Florence."

"the hotel is clean, modern and has good location as the tram is right outside. everything was great except that all my jewellery were stolen while i left my room to roam around the city. all my jewellery was worth at least Eur 3,000. i left them in a box which was placed in my luggage since there was no safe in my room. but when i came back to the room after a whole day out, all the jewellery were gone. the hotel managers were helpful initially, saying they would investigate and compensate me for my loss. but after i gave them all the receipts and credit card transactions of those items which were stolen from me, the managers just ignored my emails despite me trying to ask them for any updates on the progress of my case. at the very least, they could show me the cctv and allowed me to talk to the cleaner/staffs entering my room while i was away but that didn’t happen. i dont even know what is going on now that im already back to my home country, and the hotel did not even bother to update me anything even though they promised to investigate and compensate. hopefully, someone fm the hotel could see this and get back to me please! im honestly traumatised, nvr expected that my stuffs could be stolen right inside my room in a reputable hotel."

"A very satisfying hotel. It is five minutes away from Florence Railway Station. It is very safe. This is a hotel with a beautiful lobby. The rooms retain the old window switches, which are quite interesting. This time I was given a large suite. The middle door was locked to become two suites. I was a little concerned about it. Fortunately, the neighbors were relatively quiet (it is better to talk to the front desk to avoid such a room). The restaurant of this hotel is in an excellent location. You can see the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore every breakfast. When the weather is good, the Tuscan ridges in the distance can be clearly seen. The breakfast does not change much every day, but the variety is OK. The hotel's room service and restaurant service are first-class!"

"We stayed for three nights and here's our experience for your reference. Disadvantages: 1. When checking in, although there was a POS machine at the reception, they insisted that we pay the city tax in cash instead of using a bank card. This is the only hotel among all the European hotels I've stayed at that has such a requirement. However, we eventually paid with a bank card when checking out. 2. The room facilities are very basic.The bed next to the window felt drafty and very cold, and the air conditioner made a lot of noise. 3. There was a foul smell when we entered the room, and the sound insulation was very poor. It was very noisy in the morning when someone was cleaning the corridor. 4. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was very weak. Advantages: 1. Breakfast is provided. 2. Room service is great. 3. The staff have a good attitude."

"We were starting to get fed up with city centre hotels during our month-long European trip so decided on Hu Firenze Camping in Town. This would be a new experience for us. Getting there from the main train station was pretty easy. Hu Firenze messaged accurate and easy instructions to get the 14B bus from outside the station near Burger King. The bus took about 15 minutes and dropped off right outside the entrance to Hu Firenze. The journey is €1.50 paid by credit/debit card tap and go. Reception was friendly and efficient. Throughout our 3-night stay, everyone was very friendly and professional. There was a small supermarket with prices similar to other small supermarkets. The onsite restaurant is not a typical campsite cafe, but offers great coffee and food. We had breakfast there each day and pizza on the last night. The pizza was amazing. There are three pools with lots of sunbeds, laundry, showers for people camping or in RVs. We had a mid-level bungalow as we had intended just to sleep there. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The air-conditioning was new. There is a fridge. The beds were comfortable and we ended up sleeping really well every night. Probably the best thing was the vibe. Everyone was so friendly and talked to you. There were so many cute dogs with friendly owners. We will be staying here next time and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in the heart of a beautiful region."

"The hotel is located in a prime area, right outside the train station, offering easy access to the airport, attractions, and restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. The double room we booked was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided by the hotel had a wide variety of options with great quality. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience during their travels!"

"Super friendly staff from the concierge to their kitchen staff. Very enjoyed the room we received as it was very spacious and clean. Great variety of breakfast options and they never left the plates empty for long always had it topped quickly. Fresh coffee served. Location was great we parked our car overnight and walked majority of the time staying here. Lots of places to eat and drink locally. Definitely revisiting this hotel if we get the chance to revisit Italy!"

"The hotel was very clean and hygienic. It's conveniently located right next to the station. The service was great, and check-in was very quick and efficient. There are large supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you'll never go hungry, even if you return late at night. I would definitely recommend staying here again."

"The hotel is not far from the railway station, but far from the busy city, it is a very quiet neighborhood. Not far from the mall bus. Not far from the gathering place of the local group. The key hotel is very warm and clean, and the owner is very nice. The most important thing is that the price is not expensive, it is convenient to travel, and it is close to shopping and supermarkets. What must be recommended is that you can ask the boss to prepare dinner for you, and the boss personally cooks the ingredients. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is definitely better than the outside restaurant. It is estimated that only the cost price is because there is no restaurant expensive.
