"Every time I've been to Handan before, I've stayed near Congtai New Century, but this time I chose the Wyndham Hotel near Meile City. It was a pleasant surprise! It's a 10-minute walk to Meile City and the Handan Museum, making it convenient for getting around without traffic. The hotel facilities are also excellent and tasteful. The service is attentive without being overbearing, which is great. I especially want to mention their security department. I forgot to lock my car, and they promptly reminded me and even took the initiative to wipe my car clean, which was very heartwarming. Thumbs up, I'll definitely stay at Wyndham again next time!"

"During the Qingming holiday, our family visited Handan, a city with a 3,000-year history, and it was wonderful. The hotel is very close to Meile City, just a short walk to grab a meal. The hotel has a huge number of rooms and is quite good for a budget hotel. My family was very satisfied. The hotel offers free parking and even has EV charging stations. For breakfast, they serve local specialties like Crispy Fish and Ermao Roasted Chicken. I have been chatting with us intimately during the cleaning process and took us up in advance to see if the room was satisfied! Really not too good! Recommend everyone to stay! "The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and helpful. The towels in the room, however, were a bit stiff. Breakfast was excellent, especially the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork), which was delicious. I also got to try the local specialty, 'Dou Mo' (a savory bean paste soup), which was also very tasty, but it's not available every day. Overall, I had a great experience."

"This hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent."

Combined with the excellent blackout curtains, I enjoyed a truly restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was thoughtful, the hot water supply was ample and consistent, and the toiletries were of high quality. Every detail showed great care. What truly stood out was the front desk service. From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed. Check-in was efficient and swift, and the staff were all smiles throughout, patiently answering my questions about directions and proactively informing me about the hotel's various convenient services.
