"Great location! Few minutes walk from Sendai station and surround with lots of shops, restaurants and department store. There are 7-eleven and Starbucks at the first floor. The room is very nice. Everything is new, clean, with good space for two 28” luggage to open at the same time and we still can walk around the room. The staffs were so nice and provided prompt support. We found problem about the hair dryer at midnight and the staff changed a new one to us immediately.
There are free amenities that you could pick at lobby.
Highly recommend and would definitely choose this hotel if we have a chance to visit Sendai again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view
However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable
Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area

"The room is decent and clean. The only downside is a little bit far away from Sendai Station, which is still a 5-minute walk. However, the path from the station toward the hotel is a little bit complicated compared with other hotels in the same area. But still, a great hotel to stay in."

"While the room itself was compact, the bathroom and toilet area felt relatively spacious. The shower and bathtub were combined in one area, with the toilet in a separate, adjacent room, which was very convenient. Upon check-in, the front desk offered a selection of bath salts, with a variety of scents to choose from. Controls for lights, air conditioning, and even requesting room cleaning were all handled via a bedside touchscreen, which was simple and intuitive to operate. Breakfast was also fantastic! It featured many local specialties from Miyagi Prefecture, and I really enjoyed putting together my own 'Date Breakfast' each morning. We were so exhausted from sightseeing every day that I didn't get many chances to photograph the hotel, only the breakfast."

"The hotel is in a great location. Exit Sendai Station's Central Exit and turn right. The second-floor overpass takes you directly to the hotel, a six-minute walk. The hotel also has its own onsen on the ninth floor, where you can change into the hotel's yukata. The hotel also provides free soda and popsicles, which are especially refreshing after a soak in the hot springs. Weekend rates are high, but weekday rates are more affordable."

"Close to JR Sendai station which is connected to 2 malls, Parco & SPal, with lots of food outlets & stores.
15sqm room was small, difficult to fully open suitcases. The bathroom has tight space & the shower tub is too high so need to be careful when stepping in or out & there's no safety rail to hang on to.
The breakfast buffet has roughly same items daily, only minor changes in fruit/vegetable juices & some other items. They provide takeaway boxes for breakfast food to eat in your room or on the trains if you are travelling so that's a big plus."

"My trip was to Hirosaki for cherry blossom viewing. Given that hotels in Tokyo were completely booked, prohibitively expensive, and rooms were virtually impossible to find, I made a last-minute booking for this hotel. The hotel itself is quite new, clean, and well-maintained. It's conveniently located about a ten-minute walk from Sendai Station. There's an Ichiran Ramen restaurant just a short walk to the left of the hotel. Interestingly, I only learned upon arriving in Sendai that Mr. Lu Xun had studied at Tohoku University here."

"The hotel is very clean and tidy, the layout of the room is very comfortable. Not very close to the JR station but it is expected but the hotel is surrounded by alot of restaurants and shops. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they give me some tips of about Sakura photo shooting, one of them can speak fluent Mandarin.
I like the bathroom alot, very spacious. I look forward to stay in this hotel again."

FFoshA stroke of bad luck left us stranded in Sendai when the JR East Shinkansen network was suspended. As the night wore on with no trains in sight, we grew anxious. By 11:30 p.m., we decided to book a hotel for the night. Thankfully, the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise — newly and tastefully renovated, cosy, and functional. The highlight was the lounge, which offered complimentary beverages and a play area for kids — an unexpected but welcome touch. Like most hotels in Japan, it provided complimentary toiletries, but this one went a step further with facial masks and bath salts — a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing.

PPandaolimingThe hotel is in a great location, with a shopping street just outside. Go left and walk straight along the shopping street to Tohoku University, which has a beautiful environment. The shadow of Mr. Lu Xun is everywhere, with a statue of Lu Xun and a lecture hall, as well as rich historical materials. The room is compactly arranged, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and has a smart toilet. There is even a clothes dryer in the room. It is not far from Sendai Station and can be reached by foot. Sendai Castle is nearby.

AAnonymous UserHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.

The rooms are equipped with a shower, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, and dehumidifier, and the beds are quite comfortable. Pajamas are provided, and other amenities can be picked up at the reception if needed

GGuest UserConveniently located not far from Sendai Station, right beside the Westin. While the room was a bit small, it was very well-designed and functional. Having two convenience stores right next door was incredibly convenient. It's also a short walk to the morning market. The price was reasonable, offering good value for money. I'd definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserIt was about a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station, so it felt a little far away.
If you use the subway, I think it's convenient because there is a Tozai Line station nearby.
It was also convenient because there was a convenience store nearby.
Unfortunately, the shower curtain was moldy and the bathroom had a slightly moldy smell.
The bed was a triple room, and I was able to sleep soundly until morning without having to fight with my child who usually sleeps with me, so I was very grateful.
The price was reasonable and I was able to relax.
I was interested in the shampoo bar, but I think it would have been more helpful if they had explained it to me at check-in.
I didn't really understand it, so I noticed it at check-out and I was a little disappointed that I didn't want to try it.
Due to my schedule, I only had a room-only plan, but the food looked delicious, so I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.
