"Review: A Pleasant and Comfortable Stay – Worth the Value During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the most spacious and well-equipped rooms I’ve ever booked within this price range. The room was exceptionally huge, offering more than enough space to move around freely without feeling cramped or cluttered. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or even with family, the room size can easily accommodate extra luggage or a few hours of in-room activities without making the space feel overcrowded. One of the first things I appreciated was how clean and organized everything was upon arrival. The bed was neatly made, the floor spotless, and all surfaces dust-free. The layout of the room was practical, with the furniture arranged in a way that made the space feel both functional and cozy. The bed was large and comfortable, providing excellent rest after a long day. The pillows and blankets provided were also of good quality, not too stiff and not too soft—just right for a peaceful night’s sleep. Amenities in the room were impressive and met all basic needs for a comfortable stay. Firstly, the hot water functioned perfectly, which is always a plus point in any accommodation. Some places advertise hot showers only for you to find lukewarm water at best—but not here. The water pressure was just right, and the shower area was clean and equipped with enough towels and toiletries to last through the stay. Another amenity that stood out was the mini fridge. This was particularly convenient as I was able to store snacks and drinks to enjoy at my leisure. It worked well and was clean inside—no foul smells or leftover stains. It's always great to have a functioning fridge in the room, especially for longer stays. There was also a television available in the room, which offered a decent selection of channels. While I didn’t spend too much time watching TV, it was a nice option to have, especially if you're planning on relaxing in the room for the evening. The remote worked, and the image quality was clear with no issues in signal. Small touches like a clothes rack, a mirror, and a desk or table were also present, which added to the practicality of the room. It was easy to keep things organized and have a spot to sit down and work or eat if needed. Overall, I would say this stay was well worth the value. The room was not only large and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a short or even extended stay. It’s clear that attention was paid to guest comfort and convenience. For anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and well-maintained place with all the essential amenities functioning as expected, I would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"Good hotel, nice room and very good breakfast option. Average scenery. Issues: Few issues with room and we were ordered to change room 3times which is troublesome esp with kids. Rooftop food was average abd disappointed with plate size for the rice (very small piring and rice keep on falling). Overall good Thank you"

There’s also a well-equipped gym with both weight training and cardio machines. The rooms are comfortable, with a bathtub that’s great for soaking and relaxing. The bed is on the firmer side, but still comfortable enough with its soft pillows and linens. All the usual hotel room amenities are provided, including coffee and tea-making facilities, bottled water, toiletries and towels, an iron and ironing board, indoor slippers, a mini fridge, a prayer mat, hangers, and more. The TV operates on MyFreeview, offering local channels along with a few extras like Cinemax, AXN, Discovery Channel, KBS, and some radio channels. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location—right next to The Spring Shopping Mall Bintulu—and the back area opens up to sea views with the impressive Jepak Bridge in sight. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay, with great facilities and an excellent location."

"I found that this hotel has been operating for a long time. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is well-maintained for the comfort of guests coming here. I stayed in a Premier king room at a very reasonable price. I got a spacious room with space and sofa. As for the room comfort, I am very satisfied. The large king-sized bed made my sleep very comfortable. I stayed here for 3 night. Each day, I returned from the city to find the room had been cleaned and the towels and other items replaced. I am very satisfied. Besides being located in the middle of Bintulu city, there are also plenty of parking spaces"

"The room is clean. Neat but the pillow is very soft and my head burried in just one pillow, they shud put at least 1/2 extra pillow if their pillow is very soft. Becaus i need two of their pillow to support my neck. During my stay, the have some renovation work which quite big and messy. Dust is everywhere. Location is very nice and next to the mall. Quit convinient. But not conviniet during night if u craving for food in the night, no nearby stall... parking is secure because using room card to access. Parking is generous enough. Hot water is functioning. And auto check is very easy. Also they staff to help to auto check in. Towel is given at the counter. And the staff is friendly."
