Makati Hotels with Wifi

"We love our stay here. We got the corner room which had a great city view. The room was clean and the towels are fresh and smells nice. There’s a complimentary coffee and tea while you can get the water outside where the water dispenser is. The breakfast buffet have varieties so you still options. It is very close to literally everywhere. The only downside is that the elevator is too slow."

"Pros: Big room with massage chair, big bed, TV and jacuzzi. Close to malls within Makati. Staff are kind. Cons: Very weak wifi internet specially at night and we cannot watch Netflix due to this. TV remote is not working. Staff provided wired mouse to navigate through Netflix which is very disappointing as we still need to stand up from the bed just to select movies to watch or everytime the movie gets cut due to internet wifi connection issues. The separate shower area is dirty, lots of molds. Shampoo and shower gel dispensers are empty. No phone in the room to contact frontdesk. Corridor in the 8F is not well lit which makes the area a little creepy. Overall, hotel is good for overnight stay. I hope management will work on the areas for improvement like cleanliness, lighting, wifi internet and TV remote."

"My stay at this hotel was delightful, thanks to the amazing staff. One staff member went out of her way to assist me with laundry in the middle of the night and provided all the amenities I needed. The room design was also impressive, with a simple kitchen that allowed me to wash and dry dishes—very convenient. The only slight downside was needing to take two lifts to reach my room from the lobby, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the thoughtful service and well-designed room made the stay truly enjoyable."

"Red Planet Amorsolo is one of the budget-friendly hotels you can book on Trip.com. I would say the hotel is cleaner now than the last time I was there. I’m happy that their TV was upgraded from LCD to an LED TV. However, the service is still terrible. You will never be greeted by the guard on duty at the front. He will just look at you. Hopefully, they will enhance their service, more friendly and accommodating. But overall. I had a great time and will definitely go back again."

"Upon arrival, the security guard assisted us with our luggage, but no one offered further help until we reached the check-in area or when sending us up to our room. The check-in process was smooth, and we went straight to our room. As we walked through the corridor, there was a strange smell, but we chose to ignore it. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. However, cleanliness was an issue. There were stains on the bathroom floor, the non-slip mat was not very clean, and there was some dust around the room. We overlooked these at first. When it was time to sleep, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, which made me uncomfortable. They didn’t smell fresh, more like dust. Since it was late and my kids were exhausted, my husband simply covered the pillow with his clean shirt so we could rest. The next morning, I noticed stains on the bed sheets that were clearly not ours. They looked permanent, so I requested housekeeping. The towels also appeared old, no longer white, and while some of the extra towels we requested were acceptable, others were worn out. Parking was limited, with only a few slots available. Staff informed us that if the lot was full, we would need to pay for parking. When we returned to our room later, I was disappointed to find that the bed sheets still had the same stains. Housekeeping had only changed the pillowcases. Overall, the property itself was nice, but cleanliness needs significant improvement. For example, the brown stains in the bathroom should be addressed, the bathroom mat replaced, and the tissue box cleaned, it was black with visible dust and stains. On a positive note, the air-conditioning filter was clean, which I appreciated, as my previous stay elsewhere had been terrible in that regard. I’m not sure if I would stay here again. The only highlight was the staff, who were very accommodating and kind."

"Very comfortable hotel with friendly and professional staff. One minor complaint I would have is that there is only a fixed shower head, which I’m not fond of. The hotel is located very close to the Filling Station which is probably the tackiest and coolest restaurant in Asia, however it’s also the area that has a bunch of gogo bars, midget boxers and so on, so if you’re travelling with your partner or family and don’t want to get harassed by people trying to sell you all sorts of questionable things, you might want to consider a different area."

He kindly assisted me in using the fitness center first, allowing me to shower and freshen up after my journey. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Throughout my visit, the team was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again this week 😊"
