"Conveniently located near ***, it's easy to catch a taxi to the nearby mall. However, being right by the main road, it's quite noisy. The bottom of the bathtub was cracked, and the drain area wasn't properly cleaned, which was particularly frustrating since you can only shower inside the tub. The sink faucet also wouldn't turn off completely 🫠 The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows had lumpy stuffing, making it hard to sleep through the night. The fridge was noisy and didn't get cold enough. My last stay at another City Garden hotel wasn't like this. Next time, I'll choose that one."

"It's a small hotel, but it's clean and the staff are very friendly. Shout out to Sir AJ at the front desk, he was super accommodating and understanding. Even the head of security. Hi sir, thank you for your understanding. The location is great, with lots of food options nearby like KFC, McDonald's, and Jollibee. The pool is warm, and you can bring your own food. Just don't eat while swimming in the pool. The service was excellent. The room smelled nice."
