I had a Portuguese meal at the hotel on the night of arrival, and there is a discount for guests, which is good!"

My room included a pleasant balcony overlooking the golf course, adding to the relaxed ambiance. Areas for Improvement: • Housekeeping: Room cleanliness could be significantly improved. Upon arrival, I noticed dust, hair, and a dirty carpet that became apparent with closer inspection. The bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, especially in removing any buildup on fixtures and seals. Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference. • Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. These small updates would enhance the overall quality of the rooms. • Amenities: The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, but there was one day it was missed. When I asked about it, I was simply directed to drink tap water, which was surprising. A more consistent approach to these amenities would be appreciated. • Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was generally good, the pastries could be of higher quality. Additionally, some items, like the omelet station and honey, were placed at a distance from the main breakfast area. It would be helpful for staff to inform guests about these stations to improve accessibility. • Attention to Details in Public Areas: I also noticed that the water dispenser in the lobby bar could use more frequent cleaning, as it showed signs of buildup. Overall Recommendation: The Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa has a lot to offer with its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. With improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to guest needs, it has the potential to deliver a truly memorable experience. I hope the management will take these suggestions into account to ensure the hotel lives up to its full potential."

"O hotel estava limpo. O quarto estava confortável. Há uma piscina próxima ao prédio e várias cadeiras para relaxar, é ótimo fica próximo a natureza. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. Este hotel fica um bocadinho longe do centro mas se tens carro então isto não será um problema."

"Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. It is an old hotel, with some new furniture. Bathroom still feels old and does need renovation, however the room is spacious and comfortable. Good prices of drinks, didn't try the cocktails but am tempted to return and try them ;)"

"The location was the highlight overlooking the city of Lisbon. The walk up the hill in the rain wasn't ideal but the views were spectacular once you got up there. The beds were too spongey but apart from that it was a good stay."
