"In summary, the service and breakfast are very poor. There is a simple kitchen, and the cost performance is not high for more than 500. I originally planned to stay for another two weeks, but I canceled it directly after the experience.
Advantages: Apartment facilities, simple kitchen and kitchenware (similar to the fire of induction cooker, only for cooking), washing machine. Some rooms are larger (such as the deluxe room 35 square meters). It is not far from Gelaria shopping mall, railway station and subway station, a few hundred meters walk, and farther from attractions such as the East Palace. The hotel provides cleaning and 2 bottles of water every day (but only 330 ml, the water quality in Russia is hard, and everyone still has to buy it separately for drinking. Asked where to buy water near the front desk, the front desk replied that they didn't know).
Disadvantages:
1. Breakfast. The breakfast can be said to be very poor. In St. Petersburg, with the same four-star hotel and the same breakfast price (850 rubles), you can choose to have a buffet, and there are rich varieties. This breakfast should be outsourced to a Turkish restaurant downstairs. The service is very bad, especially a short female clerk, she looks disgusted when you go to eat. And the breakfast is the same every day, very monotonous, there are only so many, you can see the picture. I strongly suggest that if the quality and service of breakfast cannot be controlled, the hotel should cancel the cooperation with this Turkish restaurant and not provide breakfast options, which will damage the brand image of the hotel. I suggest that everyone should not choose breakfast!
2. Service: During the same continuous order, I was asked to change rooms on the grounds that my room was no longer under their management. Changing rooms is very troublesome, and generally speaking, continuous bookings of the same order should not be required to change rooms midway, and the hotel did not apologize at all for this. The changed room is not as good as the previous one (the pictures you see on the website are better, and the changed one is worse). The decoration of the upstairs of the changed room is knocked, the sound insulation of the windows is not good, and the shower is slow. There is a dog barking next door late at night, and the feedback to the front desk is completely ignored. These undoubtedly reflect the management problems of the hotel."
