There is a pull-out couch in the living room with enough room to add another full-size air mattress.Free parking. Enough space to park a boat.Note: there is another separate unit on the property. You might have to share parking with another guest.Safety devices: There are two outdoor security cameras for the parking lot and patio. Both cameras are used to monitor the property during vacancy. And will be turned off during a guest’s stay. What I like about this property: I bring my laptop and work here for a few days. I grab some lunch from the food truck and eat on the front porch.
