This hotel is heaven! I mean, where to start ... Here you have wonderful and friendly hosts, who are very dedicated to their guests. Their warm welcome (pick up at the port, welcome drink, advices for the trip, their company) feels like being part of something bigger than just being a guest in a hotel. Ios is not just a party island and in this boutique, in this family-run hotel you will find everything for great relaxation: amazing views with infinity pool, very delicious and big, homemade breakfast, charming rooms with balcony and terrace, regular housekeeping ... And mostly: privacy and peace. Our hosts even arranged a good rent-a-car price for us and pick up at the hotel. They recommended many good tavernas and restaurants with traditional food and sunset spots as well. If you go to Ios, stay in Sea Breeze Hotel, you won't regret it! We are definitely coming back.

Hands down the best hotel in Ios. From the moment of arriving at the port, to be greeted by Annerie, the welcome drink from Chris when we arrived, the insane infinity pool overlooking the port and the amazing tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable rooms. Staying at Seabreeze, you feel like you are part of the family. The special touches that you get (the breakfasts are incredible!) and the amazing hospitality is second to none. You will never want to leave.

Lovely family run hotel with amazing views and stunning garden/ pots display. Chris and Anneri made us very welcome and were great fun. Beds very comfortable and bathroom adequate. The pool is brilliant and great sun beds. Would love to stay longer next time we visit.

Rating the Seabreeze could seem like a challenge as you not only have to rate the people/owners, but the location, the rooms and the breakfast. In reality it's very easy : 5* all along! From Annerie smile and service ( pick up and return to the boat) to Chris advices and superb breakfast ( be it the pancakes, the fruits platter, the omelette or the scrambled eggs) and on to the wonderful view and the quality of the room ( all with terrace) you just can't miss it. Go there and trust me , whatever the length of you stay you'll think it was too short... and you'll be right!!

The accommodation is simply brilliant, the location is unique with a beautiful view of the harbor! The accommodation is away from the hustle and bustle and invites you to relax! The pool is amazing, clean, well-maintained, and nicely cool! The hosts, Annerie and Chris, take care of their guests with such warmth and personal attention! The breakfast is wonderful and personalized for each guest! We have stayed here twice already and have made dear friends! We will always come back! Günther & Doris

Words cannot describe just how relaxing Seabreeze is. We have been here 5 times now and each time we book for longer. Annerie and Chris are fabulous hosts and make the stay seem like you are with family. From the moment Annerie picks you up from the ferry, you know you are in good hands. The breakfast is delicious, the place is always immaculate and you can see from the photos, the pool is outstanding worth the best views of the ferries coming and going. There are many restaurants to choose from & Chris is only too happy to point out the best. Until next year Viv & Jeff
