the room is clean and tidy , looking new . however the procedure handling of deposit is not right that the hotel receptionist didn't provide a receipt although i have asked for it . he didn't know how to handle a customer well . he only said he has the records that doesn't give the customer peace of mind . varieties of foods just 10 minutes away , the famous ipoh chee cheong fun is just around the corner

Location: Convenient
Cleanliness: Toilet bowl is not properly cleaned, the urine stain is there. Weird smell in both rooms, mattress also not clean.
The thermal shower water switch is reversed, red = cold while blue = hot
Amenities: Shampoo and Shower gel provided is smelly and dirty
Room condition: no sound proof, noises from corridor and rooms are easily and clearly heard.
Is an experience and also last time to stay.

its budget hotel, lack amenities, and the smell kinda unpleasant. for those who have high expectations of this hotel, don't go but who those in budget can try out. Because just staying for 1 day still accepted, the room area clean

I think service kena improve sikit lah...kerana I just datang awal sikit check in masa cakap nak charges I punya duit..tapi final X ada charges lah..so far room ok, X ada masalah
