"The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Since it is a new building, some floors are still under renovation. This was my first experience having a blackout while showering at night. I tried to contact the agency, but there were no staff available, so the only solution offered was a room change. We had to spend extra time moving all our belongings to another floor. One suggestion is to consider waiving the deposit requirement, or for the agent to contact guests one day before check-in to reconfirm the booking and deposit payment. I had already submitted my deposit before check-in, but the agency may have missed my message. I only received the entry QR code after being stopped and questioned by the security guard, which made the experience stressful."

"Had a wonderful stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall service was great. I also enjoyed the facilities and the pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Ipoh."

"I stayed during a public holiday and school holiday period, so a large crowd was expected. Unfortunately, the check-in process took over two hours. I queued from 6:00 PM and only checked in around 8:30 PM. Initially, there were two staff members handling check-ins, but later only one remained. Credit to the staff member on duty he stayed calm and professional despite the heavy crowd and queue cutting incidents. The issue was clearly a lack of manpower and planning. Management should anticipate higher guest volumes during long weekends and streamline the check-in process. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the check-in experience needs significant improvement during peak periods."

"Very clean unit and conveniently near to the Ipoh Parade and easy to find food. Quite noisy at night when there are other guests in the same unit. Sharing the same living hall and watching the tv till mid morning without consideration."

"We arrived earlier and rooms were not ready. Service is good, offered us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment type room which was perfect as we have a sofa area to chill and relax. The rooms were very comfortable and power outlet is available at table in room which is better than charging phone next to bed. The aircon units are great. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is good. Hairdryer perfect. There is also a full length mirror just outside the bathroom so no one fighting for mirror use to prep going out. The kitchen and sofa area have power outlets too so we can charge nearby while we hang out. The dining area is large enough too. My only set back is the lighting which can be a level brighter."

"The location is great, as it’s close to the city center and convenient for getting around. The hotel also offers a good range of facilities. The breakfast selection isn’t very extensive, but the food is tasty and satisfying. The room was clean and well maintained. Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests, but remember to validate your parking ticket at the front desk before leaving."

"Best stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and the service was really satisfying. The most interesting part was the toilet with Bluetooth and face scan access to the room – truly unique. The face scanner couldn't detect my face, but it wasn't a problem because I could still use the card to enter the room. Breakfast was also delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay."

"I’m from Ipoh and brought my Friends here for a short gateway . What a wonderful hotel to stay . Walking distance to famous restaurants and attractions. Easy to grab . Beside a restaurant got a nice restaurant to dine in especially the tou fu fa !!! Much nicer than the famous one . Another Japanese restaurant just beside the hotel . I will definitely recommended for all ."

"Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience was quite disappointing. We reached Stallionz at around 6pm and noticed that the queue for check-in was very long, with very little movement. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were informed that the rooms were not ready for check-in yet. The front desk team was also unable to confirm when the rooms would be available, as there were still more than 100 rooms yet to be cleaned. Because of this, we had no choice but to continue waiting. In the end, we waited for more than 2 hours before we finally managed to get our rooms. This was also partly because more than 10 customers in front of us had left for dinner, since no confirmed check-in time was given. We also heard that some customers had been waiting since before 3pm, which means they waited around 4 to 5 hours. 😱 This was quite disappointing, especially after a long journey. On the positive side, the room was nice and clean. We loved the swimming pool and garden floor, and there were many beautiful spots for photos around the property. The amenities were also quite complete. The only small downside was that there was no hot/cold water dispenser available, although mineral water was provided in the room. 😊 Overall, we enjoyed the room and facilities, but the check-in process definitely needs improvement."

"Ipoh Syeun 1. The location is a bit out of the city center, but not too far, about a 15-minute drive. 2. The hotel staff are well-mannered, very polite, and provide excellent service; they are very enthusiastic and helpful. 3. Although the hotel is not in the city center, it's not far from restaurants, hawker centers, and food stalls, and it's also close to Cui Hua Lou Dim Sum restaurant. 4. It's worth mentioning that the hotel provides ample parking spaces, saving time spent looking for parking. 5. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money, and the rooms are quite spacious. It's definitely worth a stay."
