Overall it was ok.
Just no hot water in the morning and the fan was too fast and couldn't adjust the speed.

Just okay for short stay. Not very clean as we found cockroach in the toilet. Location is okay, near restaurant and mall.

Lack of parking. The location is considered good but not too easy to access public transportation.

It was a basic hotel as to be expected for the price we paid. We stayed one night as needed for our visit to Ipoh.
The bedsheets and covers can be cleaner and the solar panel hot water was not warm enough.

Suitable only for 1 night stay.
Cannot expect much from such budget hotel.
The room wasn't too dirty and not very comfortable actually.
Air-cond noisy after few hours.
