Location near to Ipoh Night Market . Very comfortable & clean room . So spacious . Staff friendly . Will repeat to stay here again .

The bed sheets and pillows were clean and tidy, which I appreciated. The view from the room was quite nice. However, the bed made noise whenever I turned over. The bathroom and toilet doors were hard to open — they seemed broken. The window was also quite dirty. Hope these issues can be improved for a better stay.

I booked 2 standard rooms and gotten free upgrades to family suite with 2 bedrooms. Has nice pool.
However the wifi connectivity is very poor inside the suites. Not really acceptable for hotels nowadays as wifi technology had improved so much over the years.

Good points: Allow us early check in and spacious room with cold Aircon.
Need improve point: Shower room should add devider on floor to prevent water flowing to toilet bowl base and caused all wet floor when shower..

Parking can be difficult at night but they prioritise the parking for hotel guests compared to event guests. The bathroom has transparent glass windows so that may not be suitable unless you're staying alone. I love that the hotel provides extra 1.5L drinking water other than the 2 small bottles.
