Breakfast is not included, but it was included when I made the reservation. The facilities are also very poor. The room is uncomfortable, the shower head in the bathroom is falling off, and the room is dirty, so I don't want to go there again.

Hotel is good, with (~150) large rooms, even with kitchen, fridge and cooker..however no cutlery and pots and pans seen.
Don't be fooled by the breakfast, because that is standing at the reception a cup of coffee with a biscuit...
Airport shuttle 24/7 is there, but combined with 10 other hotels in North. Waiting half an hour or more is nothing if it is a bit difficult..in any case call the hotel that is waiting for you. If the tour along all wings is finished, it is about 20 minutes to the hotel. For me personally it took about 1.5 hours from the suitcase from the belt to the hotel....that is much too long, especially around midnight.
Hyatt, Marriot etc had already been there at least 5 times.
