"The room was larger than several other hotels in the same price range, but toiletries were minimal, and things like toothbrushes definitely aren't available in the US. The service was okay, with a shuttle available by appointment. The gym was also larger and more well-stocked than other hotels.
There's a Denny's nearby, making it convenient for eating. There's also a gas station behind, with a small supermarket that sells most basic items.
For a US hotel around $200, you can't expect much. The worst hotels in the world are in the US."

There are restaurants and gas stations nearby.
The cleaning was clean.
However, I applied for a non-smoking room, but it was bad because the room already smelled of cigarettes.
Except for that, the staff was friendly and there was no inconvenience.
If you only stay for a short period of time, you can choose a value for money"

"Good overall, the hotel offers shuttle bus (pick up and drop off) service but you have to call to reserve it. Cleanness is good but could be better. Breakfast is small and decent and only opens in 7am, you are going to miss it if you have an early flight. The room is very big. So it's a good choice if you are looking for a hotel for a long layover at Dallas Airport."

"Transfer overnight booking, you can call the front desk to book the airport shuttle, pick up the plane for about 20 minutes (the time informed by the front desk is very punctual), drop off the plane every hour, so you may need to be more in advance. The breakfast at the American hotel is quite satisfactory. It is enough for a transfer for one night, winning in the price/performance ratio."

"The hotel is located in the office area near the airport, the surrounding environment is good, very close to the high speed, it is very convenient to go to the airport city. Breakfast is just like a regular meal, and the nearest place to eat is 10 minutes drive. The hotel does not provide disposable slippers, toothbrushes can be found at the front desk, and the service is enthusiasm. The overall feeling is acceptable, suitable for business accommodation."

"Our stay was good. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle - the person who answered the phone to assistance was not helpful. The shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. After we got to the hotel, everything went smoothly except that they charged us the full rate a second time. I am working with trip.com now to resolve the matter.
The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.
