Good Location with good view. Main service desk works on limited hours. Roof fan was not working properly. Was given a portable fan. No fridge no water kettle was provided.

This hotel is in a good location with a gorgeous view. The front desk was very friendly and we’re reachable thru WhatsApp if they were off duty. The rooms do feel a bit outdated and could use some screens to keep out the mosquitos. But for the cost this place was good.

Bad experience ... Stay with the family on Easter Monday 2023 .. Structure without heating, balcony door that does not close and fortunately local friends lent us blankets to spend the night. Sheets with hair and hair in both the double bed and the two single beds. We occupy the structure only late at night, even if we are told by acquaintances that already after 20.00 there is no one at the reception. Therefore we communicate the bad situation found only in the morning when we leave and the reception lady with very superficial ways simply tells us that she is sorry....
Absolutely not recommended.

I had the most amazing time staying in this hotel for 21 nights. I was so happy with the room I was given (26) which had a balcony and a beautiful sea view. This was a single room and I really liked how authentic it was which I felt, matched the style of Ischia perfectly! The room was always spotless as it was cleaned daily by a lovely, friendly cleaner. I always felt safe and comfortable here and it was good to have such a nice person at reception who was so helpful and always had a chat with me :) For me the character of the hotel made it and my favourite part was the garden with gorgeous flowers and plants and areas to sit. I couldn’t believe how close the hotel was to beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes etc and this combined with the friendly community of Ischia for me, made it the most perfect place to stay! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome ❤️.

Pros - well positioned, clean , lovely view, really helpful ladies on the desk, two/three minutes from beach ( next to Bagno Lucia). Cons - basic 3 star hotel, no balcony, big comfortable bed, telly we never watched (Out of choice), and that was it pretty much. Breakfast was in town high street and was a pastry and two drinks. Really enjoyable, plugged in with locals, excellent coffee, juice and pastry. Lovely waking up experience. Overall knew this would not be a holiday for being budget conscious, the hotel was not cheap for what it was but absolutely fine, being in a position on the beach, peaceful and when you wanted help or advice the desk ladies were really relaxed and very helpful. Hotel was full but quiet and with all the things to see we slept well there every night. Glad we visited the island, organised our own transfer, Naples airport, alibus, hydrofoil quay each way, ferry 20 euros single. Bedded areas on beach wanted 30 euro the pair so went were the locals sat. No real supermarkets, so prices high, plenty of places to eat. Good experience in a pretty functional hotel with lovely gardens in a prime position for Ischia Ponte.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for our first time in italy and we’re sadly disappointed by what we were met with. First off, as soon as we walked in our room we noticed none of the doors shut properly, our bathroom door took a good couple of pushes to shut and once it did shut, took a lot of force to open again. Same with the doors to the balcony (if it can be called that) and the window shutters, had to use a lot of force to get them open and closed each day. Secondly, we turned the aircon fan on and a horrendous amount of dust came flying off flying all over our bed and our room!!! The ‘private beach’ they claim to have and all the other reviews state there is is not a private beach at all and is open to the public and costs €15 to sit on! The bar was barely a bar and held a couple of cans of beer and soft drinks and there was rarely anyone manning it for us to ever be able to purchase a drink. The first night we went out it took us 18 minutes to be able to get back in the hotel itself due to the door being lodged shut. The breakfast isn’t even within the hotel and is actually a 10 minute walk away and all this entitled you to is a singular pastry each and a drink. Luckily the breakfast bar was actually beautiful and ran by the loveliest people and was the only thing we enjoyed in relation to this booking. Overall really disappointed with this hotel we had really high hopes for Ischia and it was a good job we’re a couple who like to go out and about and do things as we ended up using this hotel purely to sleep in.

A real scam ... the worst experience I have ever had, dilapidated structure, non-existent and unqualified staff, uncultivated garden, dirt and full of insects ... terrible sanitary conditions, I don't think they even have the authorizations to be on the market. Rooms with mold, dirty and dilapidated walls and floors. Deceptive photos that do not reflect reality, because they are retouched. No service that can keep you in the structure, in fact we had to leave within 24 hours of arrival. To be reported

Top location, less than 100m on the beach via shortcut from the hotel. Although the hotel needs some renovations. The bathroom is outdated and has some damp spots, the shower head could not be hung up. No air conditioning available (which we knew) but the fan only works when the light is on, which is not an option at night. No mosquito window which means that you were woken up by mosquitoes at night and woke up with a lot of bites. The staff is friendly and ready to help you with questions and needs.
