"The hotel is nice and has a very nice spa. One of the outdoor pools has hot water so we could enjoy a bath even in early November, as the weather was lovely. The food is not great, there are very few vegetarian options and no vegan options; from a 4 star hotel, this is not acceptable anymore in 2024. Also, it is impossible to properly rest as the light enters in the rooms very early, and there is no soundproofing."

"A nice, functional, and semi-central hotel. The room is small but has all the comforts, as does the bathroom; it's a shame the shower is too small. The spa has a pool with an efficient hydromassage. The restaurant is spacious and the food is good. Service is prompt. Unfortunately, a bottle of water costs €3.50 and a modest glass of wine costs a whopping €6. The cost wasn't disclosed beforehand, as the daily menu only lists the dishes to order. A little more transparency wouldn't hurt."

"Our room had a balcony and looked out over the 2 pools, and had a sea view. The room was less equipped than we are used to. The mini bar was either locked or jammed shut. The air conditioning was similar to an asthmatic mouse blowing through a straw, there was no kettle or drinks making facilities, and dated 70s decor . The shower worked well. The room was large and clean. The few plugs were type C two pin. The waiting staff in the restaurant were excellent, English is not one of the most used languages in the hotel,so get used to the words you will need. Mostly German and Italian. It says it’s a no smoking hotel with no pets, we saw both pets and smokers. Would I go again, (I may not be welcome after this review) would I recommend, maybe."

"Centrally located hotel, within walking distance of the port. The reception staff were friendly and courteous. The room was small but extremely clean, with a comfortable bathroom and a small balcony. Breakfast was quite varied, especially the savory options, which we enjoyed on their balcony overlooking the main street. The price was fair (we stayed at the end of July). Honestly, we had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you all!"

"Lovely quirky hotel with superb pools in large grounds. We spent several days relaxing and making use of the pools and spa. Very clean throughout. Must mention Christian who has great customers service skills and made evenings even more enjoyable Rooms a good standard. Bar reasonably priced. Breakfast was a little limited though those with a sweet tooth won’t be disappointed. We stayed B&B and found local restaurants and cafe’s reasonably priced too. Plenty to do in Ischia for 1-2 weeks and easy to get around on public transport. If getting a taxi be sure to haggle on price first, they’re eye wateringly expensive. Mossie protection a must, even so we’ve never been bitten so much! The journey here and home is a bit of a hard slog though Ischia and The Continental Terme reward you for your efforts."

"A good hotel in the area between Ischia Porto and the bridge. The bridge to the Aragonese Castle and the beach is a short walk away. There's no elevator, and the hotel is on two floors, which can be uncomfortable for luggage or those with health issues. The terrace overlooking the castle is lovely, but being shared with other rooms limits privacy or a good night's sleep if you have troublesome neighbors. Breakfast is average, food is average: there's definitely room for improvement. Overall, a good hotel without any major expectations."

"The hotel is located practically on the main road, close to the sea, the bus stop, and the port—it's an ideal location. Friendly staff, clean rooms with basic furnishings. Be careful to lock the doors properly because they have a special system (ask at reception for details). The only thing I would improve is the sweet breakfast. I'd add a few more choices or simply improve the quality of the two existing cakes. The croissants are good."
