The building is very old and neglected. The prices are high and out of line with what they offer. Terrible value for money. We won't be returning."

"Centrally located hotel, within walking distance of the port. The reception staff were friendly and courteous. The room was small but extremely clean, with a comfortable bathroom and a small balcony. Breakfast was quite varied, especially the savory options, which we enjoyed on their balcony overlooking the main street. The price was fair (we stayed at the end of July). Honestly, we had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you all!"

"Hotel in the heart of Ischia Porto. In the pedestrian area, just steps from the beach, shopping, restaurants, port, and bus stops. Although a bit "vintage," it's well-maintained and clean, and the breakfast is excellent, plentiful, and varied. The reception staff is truly impeccable: welcoming, helpful, kind, and even friendly. The breakfast room staff are very attentive and friendly...almost all of them. Good value for money. A refrigerator in the room and a better hairdryer would be helpful."

"It's the third time I've come here. I suffer from gluten and lactose intolerance. After some discussion in the room, the previous times, the chef, very kind, prepares me small, very tasty alternatives and for this I thank him very much. On my third experience, upon arrival in the room, without even a good morning or welcome, I was immediately told by the maitre d' in the breakfast room, in a very rude way, that, "due to directives from above", I can no longer receive lactose and gluten-free alternatives, but exclusively what is displayed on the buffet. I go out without having breakfast as I can't eat anything. I ask the manager if an alternative is possible, being a 4 star, and he replies yes. The next day I received the "alternatives", absolutely not like the other times, and I had to send them back, they were so unedifying and impoverished to the bone."
