Absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean hotel. The staff were amazing from the receptionists to the lovely lady who cleaned our room every day. The location was beautiful being right on the front and close to numerous restaurants. The thermal pool was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was absolutely fine, a wide variety and dinner was also very good with a huge buffet antipasto followed by pasta dish, meat/fish dish and dessert. Thoroughly recommend

Our room had a balcony and looked out over the 2 pools, and had a sea view. The room was less equipped than we are used to. The mini bar was either locked or jammed shut. The air conditioning was similar to an asthmatic mouse blowing through a straw, there was no kettle or drinks making facilities, and dated 70s decor . The shower worked well. The room was large and clean. The few plugs were type C two pin. The waiting staff in the restaurant were excellent, English is not one of the most used languages in the hotel,so get used to the words you will need. Mostly German and Italian. It says it’s a no smoking hotel with no pets, we saw both pets and smokers. Would I go again, (I may not be welcome after this review) would I recommend, maybe.

The hotel is designed to allow solo and communal gatherings with your friends, family or fellow hotel goers. The pools are immaculate as are the public facilities. Staff throughout are exceptional. Rooms were good, had a hallway area to house the cases and very good sized balconies. The hotel guests are mainly over 60 and from Italy & Germany, with a few English speakers. Regardless of the language barriers and in my case being one of the youngest guests, it was a lovely stay! The hotel is also perfectly situated, on the sea front and walk to all attractions and transport. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, hotel right on the sea. The room was very nice with a beautiful terrace, plus it was always clean down to the smallest detail. Heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Restituta for her friendliness and kindness and to all the staff ready to satisfy every type of request. A special thanks to the waiter Mr. Luigi, quick to serve you and above all for his friendliness. The kitchen cooks something different and good to eat every day. The small but lovely spa offers you guaranteed relaxation. We had a wonderful week, it's a shame that the weather wasn't kind. Thank you . Vittoria Malattia and Mario Rozza

We stayed in this hotel over the Easter weekend. Everything perfect, very kind and knowledgeable staff in almost all departments. The only department where we encountered many problems was the spa one with the secretary not entering the appointments. The luck of that department is having two good masseuses who made us forget about waiting.

We are a group from Bergamo and we stayed in this hotel for almost a week. Excellent cuisine. Very kind and professional waiters. Excellent room service. Reception, friendly and professional staff. Spa... the only flaw in the spa is the incompetence of the secretariat. We had problems booking spa treatments and massages and finally also for payment. The lady also had difficulty doing the math. A more experienced person would be needed. Excellent doctor. He visits with care and is very professional and attentive. Marcello the gentleman who puts the mud is very professional, kind and nice. Erminia the masseuse remained in our hearts. He has a preparation never seen before in Ischia and hotels nor have we visited many. In addition to being very good at her job, she is very kind and very nice. Next year we will return to this hotel because we had a great time. We hope for an improvement regarding treatment booking. Because for the rest we were all more than satisfied.
